Mr FarisI have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had on 63 years. Simple customer service would have solved this problem but your staff was not even capable of that. I had a simple orde.r. 3 adult black coffees one small milk and a couple of other items. I wa told it would be a 2 minute wait for the coffee. 12 minutes later after seeing people walk past my car with coffee I backed up to the window. I asked for a refund. What I received instead was bad attitude from several employees. After a hassle and a wait I received my money back. Whole dollars of it in change. I guess they thought this was funny. Missing was the money that they requested for the Ronald McDonald House. This provoke more conversation and attitude. Customer service is sorely lacking in this store. I spend a lot of time driving between Pounding Mill and Abingdon. I will strongly recommend people avoid this location. This should have been an easy fix. Shame on you if you allow this level of customer service to continue.

Only go if you want to wait 20 minutes for a burger and they still get it wrong. They don't deserve anything above minimum wage, if that! Every single time I go I have to wait and they always get it wrong. Completely incompetent.

It's McDonald's, so it is what it is! But the customer service here sucks! I'm glad I stopped drinking. Id went through the window on these peps!

Wasn’t too bad long ago just your typical McDonalds,but service here has dropped dramatically these last couple months they are always forgetting items, getting wrong items and the staff could really care less, I understand times are hard especially in fast food but pride in your work goes a long way.
