We ordered a take out from Bhai Sahab. Received a text message that the order will be ready to pick up at a certain time, and we reached after 20 mins. Still the order wasn’t ready. Waited for another 15 mins and then got the order. Very poor service.When we reached home, we found out that all the items we ordered were not present inside the bag. The dessert was missing and another item we ordered was not complete, all the accompaniments were missing.Also, the food tasted horrible. The gatte ki sabzi was so bitter that we couldn’t even eat it and had to throw in the bin right away.Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On hapless waiter, another clueless guy servicing take out orders and absolute disregard for seated customers. We are still waiting for food over an hour for food, nothing to show. Meanwhile, online orders seem to be flowing through the door. What the heck..

Bhai sahab is one of the best Indian restaurants in town. They bring the flavor, heat and the right quantity! Their service has been flawless and their buffet lunches are a must! Visiting bhai sahab makes me feel like I’m visiting home and eating with family! I placed an order for pick up at 7:15pm. Was told on the phone it would take 30-40 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant around 8:05pm. The order wasn't ready. Had to wait another 35 minutes before getting asked what my order was. (posting this review while I wait). The restaurant wasn't busy. They had a total of 3 tables seated with 2 guests each. No one at the bar besides a couple waiting for their takeout order who was there before I arrived.The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and didn't bother checking on our order status with the kitchen while we were waiting. There were 2 delivery drivers who arrived that also continued to wait the entire time I was there and they were frustrated too because they were also told via their respective apps that the food was ready for pick up.I love supporting small and local businesses but when the business doesn't know what they are doing, why bother ordering from them.They didn't have the courtesy of apologizing for the inconvenience and long wait time and to have a seat or offer a glass of water while waiting.

This was the worst and weirdest experience we've had at a restaurant in awhile. I was starving and had a craving for Indian food. We picked this place based on the great reviews on Google and Yelp.We got there at around 640pm on Friday. The place was pretty empty, there were only 5 other tables in the whole place. We placed our order at 650pm and waited...and waited...and waited. While we waited, we saw tons of food delivery people come in and grab their delivery orders. It took so long that we asked for our food to go because we just didn't want to be there anymore, but were told by the owner that it was coming out soon and to wait. Apparently they were having an issue with their printer in the kitchen, but that could've been mentioned before we sat down? 15 minutes later....at 8PM, our food comes out. The food wasn't bad, but it was hard to enjoy when we were irritated. The owner apologized but it didn't seem like he cared much, he didn't bother to comp or discount anything. We were there until 8:20pm and felt like we wasted our entire night.We will never go here again. There are tons of other Indian restaurants in the area to try, I'd rather support a business that cares more about their dine-in customers than their take-out orders.
