Great burger place, I would rather go here than McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Whenever I order here I get hot burgers, that taste great!I’d rather go here and get a whopper then go to five guys for almost double the price

This place in my opinion has gone down hill, went here to just grab a bite to eat plus haven’t been to a burger king in a long time and was craving it. Man I wished I didn’t waste my money fries were nice and hot that’s the only good thing. I went to get some soda and the it stopped before my cup was even half way it had ran out of that flavor so I went and got another flavor by the time a went to refill my cup that flavor was empty as well, they only had about 3 different flavors to choose from. The burger was cold not put together correctly I don’t know if I’ll be visiting this location again.

Wife & I wanted to try the Candied Bacon Whopper. Ordered carefully but got home and discovered there was no Sweet Bacon Jam on either, & onions were raw not Crispy. Sandwich dry. Not busy but but 8 calls unanswered after 10 rings. No management.

Dining area is clean too. What a difference when compared to the Taco Hell next door. I never really liked Burger King, but my kids wanted to try it and I'm glad I did.
Nuggets were dried up and tough, chicken sandwich made wrong, the fries however were good. Waited in line a while. Won't return.

Worst Burger King ever! Food: total complete order was wrong. Every one of the six burgers was wrong and cold! Nuggets were rocks. Then the person - Josue - acted like it was a total inconvenience to fix the order. Don't waste your time. Go literally anywhere else! If I could give it no stars I would!

Terrible customer service.Edit August 15, 2023: I asked the cashier if I could have one burger and a milkshake on the side. As soon as I was about to pay for the two items, I took out my phone and showed him the Burger King app where I had a discount to get a free milkshake. The cashier then started yelling at me because I did not show him the discount as soon as I requested the item. He kept on saying that I have to show him the discount when I request the item and not when I am about to pay. The cashier got really mad and said he could not do anything about it and needed me to pay for the two items.Is this how you treat your customers? Go work in the back and make the food if you do not want to take orders.

I have gone to this Burger King multiple times now during lunch hour and had my order messed up multiple times. I do not understand why the people are too incompetent to be able to take an order correctly! I repeated my order three times today going through the drive-through and they still messed it up!
