The food was what you would expect from an American style seafood spot. The restaurant is kind of a beach like vibe. Booth seats. Nothing fancy. Crab cakes were small but surprisingly had a great taste! Calamari and Rocket shrimp could use more sauce. Service was good. Staff greeted us and were very friendly. No complaints there. Oh and the food came out super quick and was hot and still tasted fresh. I would certainly come back if I wanted a quick decent seafood meal. No complaints and enjoyed it.
Food is always good at Ford's. The mussels and calimari were very good. The mariner was very tasty.

Made a reservation for 10 people (old highschool buddies) a week prior to the date reserved. Received a reminder email notification of the reservation. Place was packed on a Friday night. Our table was not ready due to the party before us still at the table at our reservation time which I could understand that being out of the restaurant's control. The restaurant was apologetic and offered an alternative seating arrangement for our group. 30 minutes had past until we were seated. Once being seated, the party at the table we reserved was leaving. The staff immediately cleaned up the table and offered it to us to sit at. The young female server was very personable and made our experience awesome. Food and atmosphere was good. Our mini reunion of high school buddies lasted about 4 hours and then it went to the bar. My second time eating at Ford's Landsdowne was just as good as the first visit to the location at South Riding.
