The ice in their soda machine is the really good kind too! (Note: this is not a cheap eats place! I feel the quality is worth it.)Expanded review:There was a jimmy John's on my walk home in college (Boiler Up!). I would stop in 3-4 days a week for their 15 cent day old bread! Sometimes treating myself to my favorite sandwich a club lulu!When this location opened in Leesburg I was so excited! At first my experience was not all that great, the people taking orders was really rude (to make it worse, I think it was the owner!). Even so, their sandwiches are so good; the poor attitude wouldn't stop me from coming.For me, it's all in the bread, it holds up to the fillings, even with extra everything! Also, growing up in New England, I must have Hellman's Mayo! The meats and veggies are always fresh, never a soggy tomato or wilted brown lettuce.There is plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor tables too. Most people don't eat in the restaurant, I am the same; unless I am filling up my belly before heading to the grocery store!Their chips are pretty good, but I always opt for a pickle 1/4r, crunchy, sour and salty! Perfect pair with my sandwich and much healthier than salt and vinegar chips!Want to pick up a fast lunch and tired of drive thru options, order a sub from Jimmy John's!

Good food and best place to get a lettuce wrapped Umwich.Love the App's ease of use, but it silly to order a meal, walk in 10 min later to pick up but still have other walk-ins come in, order and get served BEFORE app orders.Spoke to person who acted like a manager, and was insulted when I asked why I should preorder by using the app if walk-ins can order and get served before me.She accused me of ordering and walking in a minute later.Dumb, dumb doesn't realize that I can see my 11:43 am order and picked up my meal at 12:13.Normally not a problem until you watch 5 others walk in after me, order and get served.

9/10 I have the normal level of service.Worked a 12 hour day on a Sunday and had to work early Monday. Checked the hours on a Sunday night and they close at 9. Walked in at 830 and the guy cleaning behind the counter gave me the look of death.I left without ordering.

I really like this Jimmy John's. It's always clean and they are always super friendly. Good sandwiches too!
This was my first time in Jimmy John's and a little skeptical of ordering food after seeing some of these reviews. I walked in around 2 in the afternoon, and the place was empty. The employee at the register greeted me immediately and asked what I would like to order. I ordered the #10, which is a roast beef sandwich, and I added a regular sized drink. Before I even paid, the sandwich was made. Talk about fast service! Every employee I encountered was pleasant and provided great customer service. The employees kept busy cleaning and making sure items were stocked. I will visit again.

This is the third time I’ve had Jimmy John’s. I normally choose other places for lunch but this place is right around the corner and not having had JJ’s a lot before I figured I’d try them out. Service was amazing. The sandwich was in front of me before I even paid I was blown away. I got a turkey and bacon w/ oil and vinegar which was delicious. They have the crushed ice too which everyone loves. I’ll definitely be back here more often!
