I was craving some Peruvian chicken and stumbled on this place. My friend recommended it and since I was in Leesburg, I thought I’d give it a try.The parking lot needs some work, it’s not paved. Apparently this place has been in business for over 20 years, they could improve in this area.You start with complimentary chips and salsa. This wasn’t bad. I started off with horchata, very good. I had half a chicken all dark meat with yucca and rice. The chicken was pretty good. Flavorful, juicy, tender. The yucca was the perfect texture, crispy exterior, soft interior. The rice was okay. The sauce both white and green could use some work. I’ll say, their sauce doesn’t come close to super chickens sauce.We dined in. The place was clean. The server was nice. They checked on us multiple times throughout the meal.They have a extensive menu. I’ll definitely come back to try out the other items.

We are so happy we found La Chocita! My husband and son are fans of the beef enchiladas, my daughter and I love their pupusas. We have also ordered their rotisserie chicken and sides multiple times, you can’t go wrong with anything in their menu. Highly recommend to all!Dietary restrictions: Both my son and husband are lactose intolerant and they are always accommodating with no cheese on their orders.

We LOVE La Chocita! They never fail to serve us a generously delicious and filling meal. They do their yucca RIGHT! And we love all the variety of cuisine and culture they represent on their menu.
