This is a disaster, few staff, they take too long to deliver an order, all the tables are dirty, the bathrooms are dirty, in conclusion, a total disaster.

If I could get a zero! So would! Went through drive thru to order and ask don’t want the coupon code first. Was told you want your food then yes? Very rude to the max. I went to the window and ask to speak to a manger and was told by the guy I am the manger. And I ask him why you had to be rude, it wasn’t necessary I’m a customer. He smirked, thought it was funny and was arguing back at me then saying do you want something I’m like not anymore if that’s the way you going to treat customers. Then he told me we’ll have a nice day and god bless you. Very rude so no reason and let this old man sit there, while he was trying to get his food. My friend yelled out the window saying his anyone going to help him and all of a sudden the manger came to window and took order. Very rude and never will be going to that place again. Wasted my lunch break for what.. if he don’t like his job should quit. Poor definition what a manger is . Very disappointing experience

Was waiting behind a car for like 20 minutes until I yelled hello for someone to take the the car order, when it was my car turn the person was very rude when we asked if they were ready for the code he got very smart mouthed and very unprofessional, when we asked for a manager and informed him of the rudeness he still took no responsibilty, I will not return and refuse to argue with someone that is not even in my income bracket.

Stopped by here today for my lunch break! As a Google review influencer I decided to leave a good word. When you walk in the atmosphere screams family! They all openly communicate! The tall gentleman Vince at the counter was very professional, showed mannerism, and even spoke a bit of Spanish to assist his bilingual customers! Manny was also quick on his feet and Emma was polite and sweet. They keep up with the flow of things and when things got a hint of crowded the gentleman upfront nicely went to help out! Nice job BK

I've been here twice in entire life. I've ordered precisely two burgers between the two trips. How many of these burgers did they mess up? THREE.Each time, I've ordered the Bacon King. Nothing added on it, nothing subtracted from it. As is. First time, there was 0 cheese. I was already on the way home by time I discovered this. Oh well. Second time, same order. I know to check now, so I pull over, check. No cheese, and lettuce on it. I go back, SHOW them a picture and receipt, get another burger...same mess up...lettuce on it, but at least they have 1 slice of cheese (still not as much as the Bacon King should have).How does someone mess up so badly each time? Obviously never coming back here. NEVER seen such incompetent, and that's saying a lot because fast food places get it wrong all the time...this place is literally 150% wrong on their orders though.

Very rude customer service, the bold guy keeps using the f word... I don't eat burger king, but I was just picking up an order for doordash, I think that in some cases junk food attracts junk employees.... Imagine going to an Italian restaurant, do you think you'll find employees that use the f word in front of customers like that bold guy?

I was picking up my order and an uber order and i got to the window to pick up, the lady goes, you have to drive back around for the uber order because we did not hear that at the speaker, when I did mention the persons name over there and the lobby was closed. Horrible customer service at night and will never be back here.

This area is quite ghetto, so I understand the lack of qualities. This location is fine, but it could be better.Let’s start with the food and service. The food is fine, standard Burger King quality. Whoppers taste ok, nothing to complain about. Nuggets taste good when hot and fresh, so I’ll give points for that.Service, on the other hand, could improve. One time I got here and I got the wrong drink for one of my items (they gave me Dr. Pepper instead of Coke). Ok, that’s fine. I could just dump it out into the beverage machine and refill. When I go to refill, no ice. How does a machine run out of ice so fast in an area that’s not so populated? This issue has happened before as well, so I don’t know what the problem is.Another nitpick is that they don’t just put out your mobile order on the counter like many other fast food restaurants I’ve been to have. You have to come up to them personally and tell them you have a mobile order and state your name. I get it; this is done to prevent theft. But it could be fixed if the workers would just call out your mobile order and if no one comes to pick it up, they could put it back until someone does.Overall, if you really crave BK on a whim, this place is decent to go to. I’ve been to this establishment in the past before many times, and I just feel like the overall quality has decreased over time.Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper is a great choice for vegetarians and vegans alike. I’ve had it a few times before and I’m not vegetarian myself, but I found it fascinating that it tastes similar to beef even though it is entirely made from plants.Parking: There are crazy people who park here, so be careful.Kid-friendliness: I’ve seen many kids come here with their parents and I have personally brought my younger sister before, but once there were middle school children who come here to mess around and say vulgar things. Normally it’s quite kid-friendly, though.

Bathrooms and restaurant are dirty. Food is prepared extremely poorly (even for fast food), and the workers are very rude, unmotivated, and intentionally barely speak. This location is one of the worst ones and the entire chain needs a lesson in customer service from a chain like Chick-fil-A. Don’t go here.

I worked at Burger, The assistant manger named Eric Aston threatened to spill coffee on me and made racist comments about my skin color. I talked to the real manager and she said that she doesn’t care about her employees but the assistant manager is more important than the workers.

Front cashier employee with brown dreadlocks looks very ignorant and rude all he was doing was as using profane words with every sentence he used. He was loud, made a lot of customers. Manager seems not to have any respect from his employees. Must be a very unsafe place to work. No drinks in the soda machine. Front desk wasn’t happy that he had to get ice for people or drinks and he express himself using profanity words as usual and manager did not say anything to him.
