We tried the Vegan Factory food truck today when it visited an Ashburn microbrewery. The truck visits a variety of locations around Northern VA. Everything we tried was fantastic. We ordered the chili dogs, which come with the works, including house-made mayo, vegan chili, house-made cashew sour cream, house-made chipotle mayo, and fresh red onions.
