Moo Thru has done it again for me. Always slapped and always will. This spot is conveniently located downstairs from a seafood spot at lake anna, great view, great service and great ice cream. GET THE BLACKBERRY ICE CREAM! The waffle cup is my fav, you get the goodness of the waffle cone without the messiness, which i always seem to need. Also adored the mashmallow cream topping which they just labeled mashmallow.
Family outing by boat to enjoy this little gem. The flavors and texture of the ice cream are rich, thick and creamy…not like the store bought brands. This is one of our favorite ice cream parlors. We live in WV and have family living in Mineral, VA so we make it a point to come to Moo Thru when we visit. There is outdoor seating and the shop is lakeside, so easy access by car or boat. There is a restaurant above the shop and pizza shop, arcade and miniature golf on same level....read full review

The ice cream here is amazing! By far the best ice cream I've had in a long time. I got blackberry with a waffle cone and I'm addicted. I usually never get a cone but I had to try it and I'm really glad I did. The scoops are very generous too.
