Just left this Applebee's extremely disappointed. We arrived at 7:30 and they close at 8 so they stopped serving alcohol. We went ahead and ordered while overhearing an employee talk with the server on whether she wanted our table or not after the server had gotten our drinks and order. Completely unprofessional. Then we get the order, we usually get the club. It was pathetic. It was a quarter of the sandwich we normal get. I piece of ham folded in half and slopped together. We sent it back and paid for what we ate. Not returning.

Jamie was our waitress & she is the BOMB! She takes very good care of all the people in her section,always pleasant,She is a people person she always checking on her customers making sure everything is right and that they're satisfied, she is the reason why I eat there.SHE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!THE APPLEBEE'S ON OLD FOREST RD.GO CHECK HER OUT

Even before I heard they give once every year a free meal to veterans, I was impressed with the quality of their food and friendliness. They make sure they have exceeded covid protocols so my wife and I know we're safe. Love their Chicken Asian salad.

Unfortunately the chain has fallen off some, or it could be the lack of workers available. Either way, it was not a great experience.The waitress got our order wrong. She did not stay at the table after she asked a question, she never really got it together. Steaks were way over cooked. No sense in sending them back.. There was a seriously cold spot in my mashed potatoes as if it were still in the fridge.The beer was flat. And the poor waitress brought the salad with the meals. Kind of a simple guideline there.The table behind us was not fairing any better. They sent three of the four dishes back. The fourth dish the customer asked for a box and stated she would heat it up when she got home. SMH.Well the song "Fancy Like" might be sending some customers back in Applebee's direct but they are sure not fancy.Good luck.

We were a party of 3. The food was hot and let me tell you, the Whiskey Burger is so good. Our server was extremely polite. She made sure we had everything we needed. If you go to Applebee's on Old Forest ask for Jamie. You won't be disappointed.

My sister and I went for lunch before grocery shopping as usual. Our waitress was super friendly, very attentive and patient with us as we tried to decide on lunch and then dessert. She was on top of everything. I tried the quesadilla burger and my sister tried the blackened cajun salmon. We both definitely enjoyed our meals and will definitely go back!

Got the bourbon street steak. Was overdone and definitely smaller than a 6oz. I waited 25 min for them to remake it. Never seen it, finally got tired of waiting and just paid the bill and left. Restaurant was dirty food all over the floors, bathroom disgusting. Idk what was taking so long there was only 5 tables full and the manager kept turning people away saying it was over an hour wait. Definitely not impressed. Won't eat here again.

Went to grab lunch here yesterday. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo with broccoli. I had a feeling something was up when the food was brought to my table early. The noodles wasn't cooked all the way and the chicken was burnt. If I'm going to pay $14 for the plate please cook it right. I will not be returning to this location. The outside could use some upkeep also.
Food is boring.. Nothing spectacular.. But they do have my most favorite dessert ever. The triple chocolate meltdown is amazing.

Last night was my first time in an Apple Bee's in years.. and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries, and spinach dip with chips as an app. The burger was dry with no taste. The chips for the dip were stale, and the fries were luke warm. And our server not once other than making us feel as if we were rushed to take our order when there may have been 6 other tables in the restaurant. And she not once checked on us.. first time in years, and it maybe another few before I return...

Y’all are so terrible when it comes to take out orders, like idk if it’s the kitchens fault or the person who took the orders fault. Our meal was missing stuff from our order. We even called y’all back to let you know! WHY did you take THE BRUNCH BURGER OFF THE MENU??? I USED TO GET THAT AS A KID! Just please do better and make sure someone’s order isn’t missing anything before you give it to them!!!
