I tried another BBQ restaurant today that is very popular in town. It was okay but not great. I am happy to say that Bistro Brothers is still my pick for best BBQ in the Burg!

Ever since I discovered their barbecued pork at an Old City Cemetery event, I have been a fan. Their sides, especially collards and mac n cheese, are great. The proportions are very generous that I can even share a meal, or keep it all for myself! I found everything, everytime to be consistently good. I rarely drink beer, but they had a local Three Roads beer, a lager High Bridge that hit the spot. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Haven't had barbecue this good since Nashville! Brisket melts in your mouth like chocolate. Collards are cooked just right. Everything we had was like granny's cooking.

Got brisket, greens, potato salad, and mac. Everything was great and Marcus was very accommodating. It always adds to the experience when the owner takes time to check in with customers. Will be back!

As everyone knows I usually do really detailed reviews I definitely wanted to give a 5 or 4 but... I ate here twice BBQ sandwiches are great but I didn't get enough barbecue sauce on either sandwich. The new cashier was very pleasant, and very helpful amazing customer service skills in the making keep striving and your going to go exactly where you would like to go. The wait wasn't long but discounts to the right people give the right results. An old employee received her food cheaper and as pleased bit I definitely didn't get enough sauce pics will be included. Great BBQ sandwic, and employee got 3 stars ?. Thanks for the great sandwiches and the first time the sandwich was free bit I would've paid to get it with more sauce. ? Sauce me please!!! Until next time....

Not a fan of boiled ribs when a place claims to be bbq. Sausage appeared to be from the week before not fresh

This BBQ restaurant is VEGAN on Saturdays and Mondays and SERVES NO MEAT (I know that is what vegan means....) on those days. WITH NO INDICATION of this on their website or here on Yelp. Drove over there on a Monday: VEGAN ONLY!! I have nothing against vegan food whatsoever but when there is absolutely no indication of this on their social media (where you find these businesses!!!) that is just unacceptable. Madness.

First time at Bistro Bros. We got a double order of their Friday fish and shrimp fry. Not fair to judge a BBQ place by their fish fry. Both of us were disappointed. The fish had a too much of a fishy salty taste for us and the shrimp was uneventful. The fries had a fish overtone to them. We thought it was us and gave some fish to our adult daughter and she did not like it either. So much for a good local fish and shrimp spot.
