Went through the drive thru. The woman who took my order was very pleasant. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Got home and the chicken on the sandwich tasted like it was rotten. Won't be going back.

The people act as if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Asked for fresh fries, you could have bounced from the 3 orders off the wall they were hard and cold. Biscuits looked great, but to hard to bite. And the manager, well I won't go there. Expected better for 40.00 worth of food.

This Bojangles is just okay. Staff not very friendly. No hash browns (waiting on delivery). I doubt I'd stop here again as Bojangles has other options.

so slow!! oh my word! I could have made it home and baked my own biscuits! This is not the first time and I'm not the only one. Several others waiting. Food is definitely NOT worth the wait. Never again!! 20 minuyes to get 2 plain (dry) biscuits and 2 sweet potato pies. Poor service, poor food and stupid me for waiting.
Little pricey for what you get but the food was good.

Food was cold, pulled from line for my wife's meal. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich. Hard, over cooked, been sitting on the line. The French fries tasted terrible, old grease. The fries tasted and smelled like the restaurant. Old! Lived here in Lynchburg six years ago and it was good, not any more! There is no ambiance and the sweet tea was out when we went back for refills. Don't waste your time of money here!

Food was good. Resturant was clean. But Short staffed. Several customers beside myself had to wait longer than normal for the young lady to fix each order as well as do the register. I ordered 2 SE biscuits, and it took about 10 mins for her to get them put in a to go bag after they sat in the ready tray for several minutes. Not saying any of this was her fought. She was going as fast as she could, i suppose.

Unless you get there 1hr or more before closing don't expect to get chicken at a chicken place. They will not make anymore and just serve you old Supremes that have been sitting for hours.
