Service sucked. Our waitress never checked on us and would walk by and look at my fiancé as she checked on the other tables but never checked on us. His wings were chewy and the Bulleit bourbon BBQ sauce didn’t even taste like BBQ just straight bourbon, his honey bbq wings were okay but chewy. My fries were cold when I got them and we waited 30 minutes to get our food after seeing people that got there after we did get their food before ours. We will never go there again.

Terrible experience. Tonight we arrived at 11pm, I understand that was close to closing time so our expectations were not at all high. After waiting almost 10 minutes for a server she finally came and took our drink order, she then advised us that as we were coming in she was heading to the bathroom so she took our order but now was heading to the bathroom then she would grab our drinks. That was disgusting everyone uses the bathroom but no one wants to hear their waiter tell them that. Then she further confused us as we were ordering their bogo deal, once we got a hold of her to change it she acted like she had an attitude about what she misrepresented! If she would have explained things correctly there would be nothing to change. We didn’t get our refills and were brought 40 boneless wings for our table without blue cheese ranch or extra plates we made due with the napkins we had. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I explained this to a young man who was allegedly the manager but he never apologized just said that he hoped the rest of our night is better. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

3rd time in a row I order online, they yall me be ready by a certain time, & I get there few minutes afterwards & the food hasn't even been dropped yet, I can understand if they were busy, but they weren't, employees were just standing around.. food finishes 15 minutes later, drive all the way home (35 mins. away) & there's wings missing, 6 wing orders only had 4 in one & 5 in the other... I'm sick of this, 3 times in a row I've had problems with this location!

Food is great, we love going on Thursday nights and getting the BOGO boneless wings! Service is timely and friendly, the manager actually walks around and helps clean tables, and the establishment is clean. On the more pricey side, but $15 for a meal is fairly average across the board nowadays.

Came in with me my wife and our 7 children I ordered a mixed drink like I normally would and like usual took well over 15 minutes plus to get it. We received half of our order 10 minutes before the other half. The food was not very hot. I ended up telling them to take the drink off in which the serve got a bit of an attitude about it seemed like. Then to top this wonderful 92$ meal off they added sn extra kids night Mac and cheese to our meal in which they had to refund me then ring it back up. This Buffalo Wild Wings does not comeClose To what it use to be. They were not busy when we showed up and for a place that’s bar food people come to have a mix drink or a couple I think it’s nearly impossible to get more than one drink during the course of your meal at this location if you can get the first one.Kid-friendliness: All of our children should have received the meals at and during the same time not 10-15 minutes apart.
Pay way too much for fries just to get a smaller portion size than McDonald's, drinks take forever to get, and food did as well. Do better.
