A prime example of "No Child Left Behind". Ratchet staff who cannot read, let alone make your order correctly. Too busy on their phones and talking to each other about pointless conversations. They ALL come to work to get paid doing absolutely NOTHING!! They don't even keep the drink area clean. Just imagine what their homes look like on the inside. To become a Manager here all you have to do is open the door.

waited 10+ mins standing absolutely still in drive through, decided to come inside, waited 30 more minutes inside, employee just standing around giving people side eye and attitude, manager is the only one showing any urgency, wasted my whole lunch break +10 minutes sitting here waiting for a 5$ lunch order, absolutely insane lack of coordination and sense of from the employees

This place is awful.DO NOT GO HERE!After a small wait behind another car we attempted to order. Thus took about ten minutes due to poor customer service.After the person said something we after a brief thought told the drive through our order. No response. I am about to leave when the lady says sorry about that wait but then still makes us wait for another minute.We pulled up, there were three cars ahead of us. That was another ten minute wait.When we finally got up to the window we paid and the passenger with me attempted to complain about the 20 some minutes it took to just get to the window. The lady at the window didn't say sorry or anything but acted like she didn't care.Then we sat waiting another 7 minutes. I watched as multiple orders for people inside were being bagged. I said screw it and lets go to McDonald's, across the street, instead. We left after spending close to 30 minutes to not get our food.Going to ask for a refund from a manager or corporate the next day.Went to the very busy McDonald's and got our order in about 6 minutes.
