The reason I gave it a three for atmosphere is because when I was there, they greeted you before you got to look at the menu screens,&& which I like to browse through before making a decision.

I’ve gone here a couple times for breakfast, and every time I check in on my phone for a mobile order I wait an additional 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile the employees are laughing and just talking at the front. Not bagging food or anything. Someone needs to work on their customer service up here. This store was much better ran before Hall took over this location.

Service was so/so. We waited a while to get our food, and they forgot our milkshake. When I went up to the counter, we were ignored for a bit, and employees were standing about talking to each other. Finally, someone came over. The person had a slight attitude but did eventually give me the milkshake. The food was good, though.
It’s Chik fil a so you can expect the same quality anywhere. This one is slightly newer and less well oiled than others around Lynchburg, but it’s solid. The sweet tea was a bit off though which is uncharacteristic of chik fil a.

Usually good service, have never had a problem here before yesterday.My parents brought us dinner which was so nice. We live about 25 minutes away from Lynchburg. Once they arrived and we unloaded the food, there was an entire salad missing from the order, and 2 fries as well. My mom called about it right after, and was told they'd of course give them the missing items, and would throw in some cookies to make it right.When they left our place and went back to ChikFilA, there was a different manager than the one my mom had spoken with. However, that manager said they'd make a note for when my parents showed up. My parents had to sit in the parking lot and wait, at about 8pm, for some damn fries and a salad. I guess this manager thought they were lying?? Anyway, the crazy thing is, they didn't get anything like what was promised to make it up. Just the items and that's all.To be honest, our family doesn't eat ChikFilA often, it's good but very out of our price range normally. This was a treat to have..but was turned into a bummer experience. Don't think I'll be revisiting this location myself, or my parents most likely. I've actually had better service @ the River Ridge location.Maybe don't treat your customers like liars and make them wait half an hour after YOU mess up. Just saying.
I frequent here a lot to pick up my partner and my’s breakfast. Usually we have no issues but today when my partner opened his food (4 count chicken minis) there were only 2? Neither of us had opened the box prior or eaten any. Like we had maybe gotten an employees food or something since there were grease spots where they were at some point? Kind of odd…kind of potentially gross. Came through drive thru 9:50ish on 1/18/2024. They usually do a great job…so this what odd.
