Great place to eat with really great food options. Service everytime we go is abysmal though, and they weren't busy either. Make your drink last is all I suggest because the waitresses don't seem to make it a priority.

We ordered the burgers that are advertised on TV all the time. Unfortunately, our burgers were in a pool of grease. I understand beef is a greasier meat, but my bun on the burger shouldn't be mush. The meat was unseasoned, and overcooked. This Chilis is very inconsistent. When it's good, it's really good, when it's bad it's REALLY bad. It's upsetting, but lynchburg has better burgers elsewhere. Don't like to be that guy, but I mean this with my soul when I say this, just don't eat here.

I have yet to have a bad experience with Chilis this is including take out ! Everything cooked just like I asked and always hot and delicious! I feel the brand is not shared enough.
Service was excellent. Our server checked on us frequently and made sure we were satisfied with everything.The food was awesome. Of special note was the chicken sandwich. The chicken was hot and juicy and tasted delicious with the breading.

I love their food and was happy they came to Lynchburg. Great tex-mex. Southwest egg rolls are great. Service was a bit slow in the bar area. Probably would not sit there again, because the server seemed to have too much to do while tending the bar. Ask for a table in their main dining area.

My wife and I used to visit Chili's on Wards road once per week. She used to come here with some of her girlfriends too. Our most recent experience ruined Chili's for us and it's because of a server. Franky served us on our most recent visit. Franky is terrible....rude, arrogant, condescending...the list goes on. While taking our drink\app orders, Franky looks at my wife and he goes "you look like you are really in shape" and he keeps looking at her. He asked "is this your brother?" while pointing at me. I told him she is my wife. He looked at her some more and said "wow, this kid is your husband?" He started laughing, looked at me for a milisecond and said "just jokin, boss" and asked what he can get us. When I spoke to a manager about him, the manager did not seem to take me seriously and told me "Thats just him, it's not a big deal" Oh it's a big deal. That's why I brought it to your attention. Highly disappointed! We left without ordering. Who does that dude Franky think he is?
Very good food and customer service. Very good staff and bartender. My food was fresh and hot. I ordered the 3 for me and it was good.

3 for me 10.99 deal is a good value, beverage,soup, or small salad,and hamburger or chicken with fries.Hamburger was delicious best I've had in awhile.But Fries are loaded with too much salt! couldn't eat Suggest ask for little or no salt, my wife did and they were great.
