Went to the Old Forest Rd. location in Lynchburg VA. The service area needed to be wiped down as food was spilled all over the place. The dinning area needed a good sweeping and some tables needed to be wiped off. The kid who waited on me was extremely friendly and helpful and made the experience palatable. The burrito was big and flavorful and on taste alone I would eat at Chipotle again, but I will be trying a different location next time.

Lady with the short hair and nose piercing was the rudest person I’ve ever experienced there. She acted like it killed her to do her job and make 4 bowls when there was literally barely anyone even in there. Then she accused my money of being fake because she didn’t know what she was doing.
I usually go to the Wards Road or Timberlake locations but this one was closer to my job on today. Placed an online order for a chicken burrito bowl and it’s by far the skimpiest one I’ve ever had. I doubt if it has 2oz of chicken on it and a sprinkle of cheese.

My wife and I go to Chipotle. Roughly once a week and this location has been consistently the worst. It's the closest to us but they are always out of ingredients. Today they were put of steak, lettuce, sour cream, Pico, veggies...once every now and then is understandable. At least %75 of the time they are missing ingredients and to be out of that many ingredients all at once is crazy

Normally a bad time to visit is at lunch....unless you don't mind waiting. Today was a nice break. Quick service and good food.Parking: It's hard to park a full-size truck near this. Traffic is dense, and so are the operators. Who parks a small car in two spots? Come on... pay attention.
