First visit in a long time. I ordered a bowl with the new chicken and enjoyed the meal. It was close to a 5 star rating, but the brown rice was dry. Service was great and very efficient. The long line at lunch moved quickly.Parking: Parking and entrance is tight

I ordered for pick up and they said it would ready at 9:10. I pull up to the restaurant around 9:00 and proceeded to watch the employees chat with each other and lollygag until finally my food was finally ready at 9:30. When I got my order it wasn't even correct. They'd forgotten my salsa. :(

Most of the time the bowls are empty for veges, guac, tomatoes and lettuce. I keep hearing the same words 'we are out'. If you are out pls post a note outside saying we are out and i can walk out rightaway. But when asked for extra on items which are available they are charging double as we are getting extra but you dont server most of the items as you are out. Dont understand the logic. Also the food which is not available in the main counter, will be available on the online orders section but they are not ready to server from it which is weird. We give money and when dont get the food which is available in front of us and not being serverd, we feel so bad. Such a worst treatment i had. Employees were not ready to answer and rude. They just say its all you got. Such a worst behavior or customer service i have ever seen.

I walked in and the line was super long due to no one being available. The place was trashed and the trash cans were filled to the brim. When I went to order they were out of pretty much everything. I got the last tiny bit of the chicken and still had to pay full price. I went to fill my drink up and 3 out of the 8 options were tapped out. Don’t even get me started on the rude employees, they all seemed like they hated life and did not want to be there. I asked if they had any stuff in the back and they rudely said nah. This honestly ruined my experience of chipotle, and I probably won’t be going to any chipotle again.

Very friendly staff with exception of lady wiping down tables, seemed to hate her job as she half-heartedly wiped half of table top food scraps onto floor. Windows were dirty. We have been spoiled by a sparkling clean (despite being extremely busy, long lines) bright and shiny Chipotle in No. California. But the food here was good, manager and food servers very friendly.
