The efforts of new management have really elevated the atmosphere, customer service experience, and enjoyment level for the kids! The food quality has always been great with a steady rotation of great pizzas, deserts, and salad bar options. The managers and team members go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and excited to visit!Kid-friendliness: Paola is amazing with the kids and always striving to make it an enjoyable experience for kids and parents alike!

I grew up with Cici's Pizza my whole life, so I have great memories of them. This location serves its purpose being the only pizza specific buffet in Lynchburg area. Great venue to bring a large party, especially for kid's birthday.Specific to this location,Pros:- They constantly bring out new pizza and they were hot every time.- They have the game room, custom pizza order, TVs at the corner, just like how I remembered every Cici's Pizzas to be.- The cashier working at the front was friendly and greeted with a smile.Cons:-The tables I thought were a bit sticky, not to the point it distracted my meal.-I thought overall the eating area was a bit dark and wished something to brighten up the area? Maybe seasonal decorations?Parking: Located in a strip plaza with Ollie's and Staples, plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: It's pizzas and game room. Can't get more kid friendly than that.

This place has been in a steady decline for almost a decade and they have now hit rock bottom.The whole restaurant hasn't had AIR CONDITIONING SINCE JUNE!!!It's always dirty, the buffet is half empty all the time, and it always feels like every single employee - even the manager - just started that day and doesn't actually know how to do their jobs.Don't try asking a question or you'll be met with a blank stare and the strong smell of Marijuana with a barely audible "Uhhhhh"Wr used to eat there constantly when I attended liberty university but now there's not a chance of ever returning.
We came on a weekday at lunch. Really slow but it gives you the opportunity to have tons of options without waiting to replace.My daughter had a nat in her drink which apparently they have been dealing with, but they replaced her cup and cleaned the area as a just in case, but other than that it's clean. Bathrooms were clean but the aroma was a bit stong with chemicals. The only two issues was the nat in my daughter's drink and the religious music they had on. Definitely is a MAJOR turn off!

Air conditioning is broken so it's hot in here, the tvs are all off, the coin machine for the kids to buy game tokens is out of order, and all the game machines but one have an out of order sign on them.
