Most of the time the staff have a bad attitude. I ordered food in the take out area and after 15 minutes of waiting we were told that our food could take 30 minutes to an hour. There was nothing posted to tell customers this before ordering. So after another 30 minutes and about six or seven people who ordered after me getting their food I cut my losses and left. If this weren’t the only place within reasonable walking distance of my dorm I probably wouldn’t go back. Wasted a meal swipe and almost an hour.

It’s ridiculous that my kids have wasted so many swipes on their meal plans for food that was gross or never arrived. Staff is rude and service is awful. Please tell your college kids to not waste their money here.

99% of the time the workers have bad attitudes towards the students, get orders wrong, don’t wear masks while telling students to wear them, and food is below quality of what students can make in their dorm. Heath standards are deplorable. Do not spend money here.

Not bad. A fun place to hang out and their food is pretty good. Not the cleanest, but I enjoy coming here! I've only ordered three things from their menu; chocolate chip pancakes, black bean burger, and chicken strips. They were all good.

Customers service was completely awful. We asked to turn the TV down because it was on 100% and the manager came out and yelled at an employee and told him I'm listening to that as he was turning it down. After this we were told that we can go sit in the back if we do not like it. Customer service at its finest!
A group of friends and I came in to eat one Saturday night. We sat down at a high table to eat and the Television was blasting at full volume the Joe Biden speech on CNN. It wasn’t the speech that was the issue it was just that it was so loud that we were unable to have a conversation without yelling between ourselves. We kindly asked one of the employees, Ash, who was very helpful and kind, who offered to turn it down and even at our request change it to the college football game, as it was Saturday Game Night. Because of this,all workers in the back began yelling at him and were being quite rude. Then management stepped in, and we hoped she would help us in resolving yhe issue but instead joined in not only yelling at Ash but our entire group as well. We had at least 5 employees in the back and the manager yelling at our group and Ash and telling us to “go to the back or leave” if we didn’t like it. We just wanted it to be turned down some so we could have a conversation without the deafening sound of the television 5 feet to our right . The customer service from both employees in the back and especially from the manager were INCREDIBLY uncalled for and unnecessary. I work in food and wouldn’t even think about talking much less yelling at customers like both workers and managers alike did to us. It’s a shame this is put up with and even encouraged by the manager on duty and I’d think this should probably be addresses in some facet.

The food is okay if you're using a swipe. Otherwise, it is not at all worth $12 for a meal. The pancakes and pizza are their best items. Their chicken is pretty lacking.
