Horrible staff. Also not the cleanliness. Managers there are absolutely horrible to their staff and NO ONE should have to go through that. Floors are disgusting, nothing has been cleaned in (looks like) years. This place STILL has roaches and mold forming and it looks like I’m not the only one who has posted about this too.

Place is clean, employees are just employees doing their job. The company could put a lot more into their employees! Just maybe, that would help them want to do better! I’ve been to this location at least once a month & it’s always the same, except this time! That bread bowl was exactly that - all bread hardly any sauce or pasta!

Probably one of the worst Pizza Experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order at 11:20 and it seemed like it was going to be a pretty quick delivery. I normally can expect a delivery order to take about 30 or so minutes, especially only living 5 minutes away, but the pizza sat in quality check for about 30-40 min. I ended up getting my pizza an hour after I ordered it. Pizza was barely warm like it had been sitting in a warmer for a long time, and looked like someone punched the middle of the pizza. Ended up having to warm up the somewhat intact pizza slices in the microwave so that they would have some heat to them. Probably will not be ordering from this location again

I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years at this specific dominos. The food is always delicious and hot. Order online for a better and easier customer experience. It’s the best pizza place of all the pizza chains in Lynchburg in my opinion.

This was sub-par, at best. The pizza was undercooked (which is a food/health hazard, and the buffalo wings had no sauce). The center of the pizza was doughy and soggy.My guess is that they also cut corners on your order when you don't tip (FYI, no one should tip on a pick-up order). Walked in and wasn't greeted by the staff until 3 of them...yes 3...finished whatever the hell they were looking at on the register screen. Horrible pizza, horrible service. 5th St. Vito's has them beat by leaps and bounds. Will never patronize this place again.

I can understand cutting cost by holding out on the chicken. I can also see how you want to hold the cheese back. But your not even willing to give up any hot sauce...... Come on man!!!!! It's only freakin hot sauce. I over paid simply for a cardboard box. Other pizza places in the area share their sauce.

Order prepared in a timely manner, taste was consistent with other Domino's. NOTE: I deducted two stars because the salad we ordered and paid for was not given to my husband when he picked up our order. When he got back to our hotel and we realized the error, I called the store, I didn't get an apology or an offer of how it could be corrected. I had to ask for a refund but all they wanted to give me was a credit tied to my phone number. That would have been acceptable except that we are visiting for a sporting event and live 3 hours away. So, we got no salad and we got no refund.
