I just ordered dinner for 4 from Dragon's Garden. Their "OrderClover" took my order and charged my credit card. When I got to the restaurant there was a sign that they were closed the entire month of March. No idea where to go from here. There's no number to call the service, and, of course, there won't be anyone at the restaurant till April 1st.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I placed an order for my mother via grubhub on 1/11/2024, (shrimp egg foo young and a pint of pork lo mein). She ate a little of the noodles from the lo mein before she saw the pork looked discolored (brown and green) She threw the food out but she still became violently ill within hours and had to be taken to the hospital. She was diagnosed with food poisoning!!! She is still currently recovering and I wish I had pictures to share, but I do not want her to become sick again just by looking at it.When I called to inform them, I was told "well, whatever." This place does not care about the bacteria and spoiled food they are serving!

Just got food from here and some of it smelled spoiled. First time ever ordering from here. Crab rangoons had no filling and the pork dumplings tasted way off. Be cautious of spending your money here. Tossed $30 worth to prevent possibly becoming sick. Got to do better Dragon garden. Won’t be giving them anymore of my money.

We got the Kung Pao chicken and an egg roll. The fried rice wasn’t bad. The veggies were ok. But the chicken didn’t even seem like chicken. I could not see the meat. It was all very squishy and it was more like I was eating mushrooms. I do not recommend chicken at this restaurant.

We picked up three meals, all of which were FABULOUS— cashew chicken, chicken broccoli, and General Tao’s chicken. It was truly the best Chinese food we’ve ever had! It was all seasoned perfectly. The vegetables were had just enough crunch not to be chewy or squishy, and the service was fantastic!

We ordered tonight, and the amount of food we received was so much! The vegetables are fresh, not mushy. I personally recommend the fried rice. It is amazing!

This spot is AMAZING!! The friendliest owners, fantastic food for a super low price. Definitely a hole in the wall, so be prepared. But well worth your time for some great Chinese food.

I've lived in Lynchburg for about 5 years now. When I first moved to the area, this place was right next door, and I loved it. The food is great, and the dumplings are my favorite. I moved across town and have tried many other Chinese restaurants since Drangons Garden. Today, I drove 15 min out of my way just to get this food, and you know what's changed? NOTHING! Same GREAT food I love! Why mess with the rest, when you can have the BEST! Dragon's Garden for the win!

READ THISThis place is really good for certain things. Be careful what you order, like most restaurants in Lynchburg. They do some things really well and other things not so much. The diet menu... Listen if you want beautifully steamed vegetables and some really nice protein order off that menu! Try the white sauce, that's my personal favorite. The tofu is beautifully steamed, firm and delicious, and I cannot stress enough that this is the only Chinese restaurant in Lynchburg that does not overcook their vegetables. The broccoli is actually green when it gets to you, not a grey brown. I lost a fair amount of weight eating their diet menu a couple of times a week. Not joking. Also some of their dishes like their chicken and broccoli and beef and broccoli are top notch, just order light sauce. This is a trick that I have learned eating American Chinese food. Typically they smother the dish in so much sauce that it overcooks everything in it and gets slimy. The light sauce trick eliminates that. Also they use really nice chicken; white meat, sliced thin, cooked quickly so it's still actually tender. That's an accomplishment for most restaurants not just Chinese ones.I also really enjoy their chow mei fun. Their lo mein is not greasy, another thing to be excited about! Sometimes I order the diet dishes with the side of lo mein and stir it all up when it gets here, and I have a delicious meal that's not too high in calories because they don't smother everything in oil.The dumplings are awesome! Heavy on five spice, handmade with a beautiful dipping sauce. Truly don't skip those. Additional appetizers are average, with the exception of the crab rangoon which are delightfully predictable and wonderful. The Chinese donuts are always a hit! They fry them up right there and deliver them hot with sugar all over them. That said, some of their dishes are a little strange. Stay away from their American classics like General Tso, orange chicken, sesame chicken, etc. Something weird happens to those.Bottom line, order smart, try different things, when you find your favorites, keep ordering them. Don't veer off too much.

The lady who is there whenever I pick up my chicken and mixed veggies is a literal angel! She always has a little extra somthing to throw in my bag, so needless to say the customer service is phenomenal

Small portions for the price, food is not flavorful, and the owners don't care at all. Ordered egg foo young and it came with peanut sauce. Couldn't eat it. Asked for duck sauce and got only a ton of soy sauce. Never ordering from here again. Just a waste of money.

I got chicken wings and they was still raw, and the dumplings was absolutely horrible
