Ordered decaf coffee and donuts. Coffee looked and tasted terrible! Donuts were stale tasting and underwhelming. Employees replaced it begrudgingly. They acted unfriendly and uncaring. So disappointing. I've always been a DD fan.Not with this one. The outside front looks dirty and the driveway is full of pot holes. Whoever owns this needs to clean it up and get some caring and personable employees.

Rarely does drive thru get order right. Today, I was told the receipt showed I paid for one item, so I came inside, clearly receipt showed 4 items, just like the app. Then staff had nerve to tell me I said wrong thing in drive thru, when app and receipt BOTH showed 4 items, paid for, not one item. No remorse, no apology, just accused me of being wrong. I took high ground, we are human maybe she didnt hear me right, but the receipt was plain as day, 4 items, paid for. I will never grace the doors of this establishment again and recommend the same to you, the reader.

My order was screwed up again the doughnuts are always gone and I order early but they never pull and use my order for others so by time I get there none left and I ordered chocolate and plain doughnuts holes got all frosted vanilla and for doughnuts ordered double chocolate doughnuts and plain doughnuts and added two maple frosted doughnuts they look like and tasted like they just poured freshly made liquid maple frosting not even hard or firm dripping frosting every where when you spent 30-40 bucks on doughnuts you think be good. I also got new latte supposed to have whip cream on top with toppings with cup with lid raised up with large hole so whip cream could be added with the crunchy toppings like MCD does it was a regular soda top no whip cream or topping food has really gone Dorian’s every time I order on line and time there never can find order or not ready after hour or so and I drive way out of my way was buying my k pods and large container of coffee and box or two of mixed doughnuts for the hospital at work even they say it’s stale doughs and no variety just left over . So now they want me to go elsewhere to find fresh and correct orders I know when it’s mutiple order than can be pain in the butt and this happens a lot more lately so I tried ordering smaller amounts and more orders to see if that helps nope oh well used to love my Dunkin food and coffee tastes so different so husband says no more and I worked 50 years in hospital as Nurse so I know and enjoyed my DunkinParking: The way to enter has three spots front of restaurant which has the drive through right behind the cars in front of line trying to get out or in and to the right side of drive through is better parking but hard to get into from fighting other cars trying to get in and out

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Disgusting inside. No soap in the restroom. Hopefully the employees have some to wash their hands. Music blasting. Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast wrap that was still frozen in the middle. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I have been trying to keep giving chances but I honestly don’t know what has happened to the quality of food at this Dunkin I asked for glaze donuts they are barley glazed and dry ask for a coconut donut barley coated asked for a Boston cream and lemon donut and they were empty. I love their coffee I just wish it was

I placed a large order on the app: 50 munchkins, 12 donuts, 1 coffee, 1 sandwich. It said to give them some extra time because of the large order, no problem. I arrive 30 minutes later, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru at a standstill, and was still 5 cars from the window. I parked and walked in. They not only didn't have my order ready after 50 minutes, but they couldn't find my order. It took another 15 minutes in the store with zero sense of urgency, I had retell them my order, they were out of donuts, coffee was lukewarm, and they never made the sandwich. The dozen donuts were put in 3 munchkin boxes instead of the flat boxes. The boxes weren't put together well and collapsed in my car with sprinkles, icing, and donuts going everywhere. 0/10 Do not recommend.
