I ate from their Monday night and that’s all I hate eaten all day. It’s Wednesday now and I’m still sick, have been throwing up and using the bathroom for two days and can’t keep anything down. I’m extremely weak and will never eat there again.

I went into firehouse i was greeted by all the Employees, a nice young man “Jarell” hopefully I spelt it right, asked me if I had a pick up order I told him I did long story short I accidentally sent my order to the wrong store and before he called the store to verify my order he told me they will remake my food their for me, the whole team jumped on my order. I just want to say Thank You to the whole staff and Big thank you to Jarell for going above and beyond and not telling me I had to travel to the other store. “Reminder I’m not from Lynchburg was only out here for class, this is for all the travelers” I recommend this place great food,great service a+

I ordered an Italian sub but was very disappointed. The sub had so much ham on it you might as well said I ordered a ham sub. One or two slices of the Salami and Pepperoni. Guess next time I’ll have to make my own sub sandwich. For the price.

I went too Firehouse Subs yesterday for a jerk chicken sub and to also take advantage of the free medium sub with purchase of a medium or large sub combo for the first week of January. At first the workers didn’t know what I was speaking about when I brought up the promotion even though it was plastered all over online and they work there. Then one of the workers attempted to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the promotion because I bought my sub combo online as if that somehow makes a difference . They seemed disgruntled that I requested the additional free sub as promised and when I attempted to eat the sub later on in the night the sub didn’t even taste good as if the sandwich was half way made. Ultimately this isn’t the service I was expecting at Firehouse.
Firehouse was great today. Very kind cashier and quick food service. The sandwich was great and the atmosphere was good to have a conversation.

The owner wouldn’t make change for $100 bill and would not let me pay for lunch with a $100 bill. He said “there are too many fakes out there” lol. He didn’t offer to mark it with a pen either.
