I've eaten at Hardee's all over the country and this one near the Lynchburg hospital is without a doubt the worst Hardee's I have EVER been to in my life. Staff wants to argue with you over what you order. Rudest staff I have ever encountered in fast food. The woman working the drive through even called me a liar when I told her I didn't get what I had ordered. Extremely rude. And apparently I'm not the only person leaving a review that finds racism against whites alive and well in this POS establishment.

Order was incorrect.. Employees disrespectful.. food was cold... Honestly if 0 stars were an option I would have chosen that instead. If u come here I wouldnt let order a certain way bc they will be sure to do the opposite.. I may never order at Hardee's again. Terrible experience

Food always good but it sucks that the employees don’t care at all they want to joke around for 20 mins instead of taking my order and they just want to be on there cell phones instead of there job and they want to play music from there phones and dance like really this is really said and the manager is ok with all this and let it happen and join there I’m sorry but if your going to be on your phones and not do your job don’t work

Dietary restrictions: Ordered butter biscuit with tomato and a senior coffee get asked for cream got no cream and tomato was Seafood on the biscuit I didn't get a third of a tomato I paid extra dollar for it I'd like to get things I pay for I never write but this has happened countless times I I am patient with kidney failure that means no meat and paid a dollar for a slice of tomato and didn't get it I got a quarter piece of tomato and was so thin you can read
