First we went through the drive thru and no one responded to us in the drive thru, pull up to the window didn't see a single employee in the front of the store so we park and go inside. It was 845 pm when we arrived and they close at 10. Lady walks to the register looking like she didn't even want to be there and we asked if the drive thru was closed and she responded sorry I didn't hear you, and the reason she didn't hear us was bc she wasn't even wearing her headset, it was on the counter. Ordered 3 chicken tender wraps 2 ranch and 1 honey mustard and got 3 ranch instead. Experience was horrible and I think they need to hire new employees that actually want to do their job

Doesn't matter if it's dining in, take out, or delivery it is ALWAYS something wrong. I've received cheese burgers with no cheese, plain burgers with everything one it, wrong number of fries and so on. Never once have I gotten food and it be completely right and the door dash options are do limited I can take off tomato but can't request lettuce? The food is good buy only when hot I just wish I didn't need to take it back 5 times

It was this one certain cashier that I was over done with, I don't remember her name only her face.
This is by far the BEST Hardee's for miles.If you're used to fake-as "chicken sandwich place" customer service then you might be put off by the lack of effort when Hardee's greet you and they never thank you for your money. But... The food (breakfast) is ALWAYS GOOD! If you're older (retired, etc) go inside because they'll at least smile at you.
On Sunday mornings, this location has really good food and good service. I literally just left there with a fresh, soft biscuit, And the cinnamon and raisin biscuit which I was so happy to see on the menu. It was like being a kid again but I got really good service and food from this location and I was very pleased, Great Job ?

Zero stars. Place was completely empty at noon on Sunday. No other customers — and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. Three people were in the back talking. The cashier needed to remind them several times we were waiting for food. Then they put up the wrong food. More waiting… and more waiting… I assumed our food was being cooked fresh. Burger was barely warm. Fries were cold. Absolutely horrible. I won’t waste money on this establishment again.
