Most fast food places have staff that are dead inside or simply take no pride in their work. Almost every time I pull in here, which isn't very often, I am greeted by a happy voice and pleasant demeanor.

My favorite fried chicken in the whole wide world, I don't care how many new chicken franchise's come to town this will always be an old school traditional family favorite that I grew up on, matter of fact it was really the ONLY fried chicken place around to eat at when I was growing up and I am 51 years old now, as we didn't have many choices growing up in a small town back in the day. I can truly say everytime I eat their my chicken is always fresh, hot and good. Lynchburg wards road.

DO NOT GO HERE . where do we start ? The rude customer service, or the fact that an employee was fixing his sock with his bare hand, that he then proceeded to make my food with? Or the fact that they were almost out of everything in the middle of the day? Or the fact that I ordered a KFC famous bowl that was supposed to have nuggets in them and I got rotisserie shredded chicken??? oh and a cherry on top. I decided while I’m waiting for them to fix my order let me use the bathroom …… all three toilets had blood, feces or urine in it. disgusting place? rude employees . oh and they gave my boyfriend maybe 7 fries max in his LARGE tender meal

Kfc on timberlake road , should be ashamed of themselves serving this food, It sux 6 months ago figured i would give another try even worse
4 stars because they don't have the Nashville Hot Chicken right now. It's the best hot chicken I've ever eaten and I don't know why they don't always have it. Other than that, their fries are bangin, the staff are nice and the eating area is very clean and comfortable.

Only stopped for restroom use. If the kitchen is as nasty as the ladies room, I would not eat there. Everytime I stop there it's always bad.

3 mistakes on 1 simple pick up order at 11:20am when they're not even busy. NO biscuit. NO buffalo sauce. And NO mac&chz wrap, gave classic wrap instead. Also no ticket on bag when I went to pickup. Had to yell for employee to assure I was picking up correct order. Sad. 2 employees there, no one else, no other customers, (can see why now ?) and they cannot get 1 pickup order correct between the 2 of them. Save your money and go elsewhere
