I have never personally been to this place in Virginia but I will tell you what this is what breakfast and what meals should look like and I can imagine the prices are very affordable too if I ever come to this area I would definitely love to come to this place it looks like home sweet home cooking to me! This cozy, popular, bustling diner is EVERYTHING you want from a diner! Hometown people who eat here regularly asking about their favorite waitress, hot coffee, delicious, from scratch breakfast food, made to order. Staff is super-friendly and welcoming. I ordered eggs over hard, well done, grits, biscuit, and bacon. It was all just the way my Grandmother would’ve made for me. Most places will send out runny eggs - not Koffre Kup - cooked just the way I requested. Never change Koffee Kup! You have a great place, a great staff, and delicious food! We’ll be back when we visit Lynchburg again.

Koffee Kup used to be my go to breakfast place before I moved. It’s still good but it’s not quite as good and has changed. Today I found out that they no longer have sliced fried potatoes with onions. Always what I ordered. Instead they only have fried cubed potatoes which I never ordered. Getting rid of one of their best breakfast items is not a welcome or positive change. I also asked for my corned beef hash to be cooked extra crispy. That’s not what I got. Maybe not being a regular anymore results in folks not cooking something the way you want it. I didn’t complain and went with the flow. When I go back I’ll emphasize it again and send it back to be cooked more. Service was excellent as usual.
I've had the pleasure of dining here for breakfast twice. My Pastor turned me onto the Kup. The service is really nice, and so inviting. It's like going to a family breakfast at Grannies house. I would recommend the Coen beef hash...delicious. The coffee was quite tasty too. I'll definitely be going back for more. I don't have any pics to post because I ate everything before I thought about it...twice.
