Okay food...horrible service. I ordered a fish sandwich at the drive-through. Then, you're asked to pull around since nothing was ready. There were 2 other cars in front of me waiting for their food too. You wait and wait and wait. Then, you're asked to move since other cars can get out, people can't back out of parking space, etc. It took forever to get food, and nothing was ready to serve. Never again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.Ordered in the Long John Silvers App.After I was told I couldn’t redeem my email coupons at store.Told to get out of line till my order went thru.Tried to place my order 3 times.Message stated “ sorry order failed please try again.”after 3 times and the lack of service I got at the store drive thru … I went home.Lost a long time Custer for life!

The food tasted like it was soaked in grease. So disgusting I couldn't even eat it ?. Shrimp was supposed to be jumbo shrimp it looked like popcorn shrimp and it was like eating rubber. Everyone was standing around on there cell phones and the only person working which was sweeping the lobby was told to go get my food while they were all standing around on there phones doing absolutely nothing, terrible just terrible. I wasted 13.00. I was looking so forward to eating a nice dinner. What a disappointment. I hope day shift is better than evening shift. The friers were smoking so bad it looked like they were going to catch fire. Don't waste your money. This is a new restaurant and they are going to burn it to the ground!

The food was disgusting the staff thinks that there at the playground everything even down to the hush puppies were undercooked I shouldn't of had to go home and air fry my food when the restaurant is only 7 mins from my home 2nd shift/night shift needs to be fired (THE WHOLE CREW)
My husband and I ordered lunch today. We asked for French fries with our meals. We were disappointed to get waffle fries instead of the traditional fries. When we inquired about this, we were told that waffle fries had just begun being served and the regular fries were no longer available. We feel we should have been told about this new change when we ordered, especially since regular fries were shown with the meals on the menu board. Neither of us like waffle fries and did not eat them. What a waste of our money, not to mention the waste of food. On top of that, the waffle fries were cold. We strongly suggest bringing back the regular fries.

I’ve been here three times cause the food is good, but the customer service is horrible. They are so rude and rush you. You can be nice as can be but the women behind the window are so rude and slammed the food window on us twice.
Did not want to give me another cocktail sauce.
