Ordered from both the Long John Silver's and the KFC. The food was delicious and we got it in a timely manner. The staff were very courteous. My only gripe is that their drive through speaker is pretty bad. Maybe it was because it was raining but we could barely understand each other. But other than that it was as pleasant as a fast food stop could be.

0 stars if I could! We waited 30 minutes to get our order they hand it to us and tell us to pull forward. We received some oboist else’s order and they wouldn’t let us in the lobby to fix it, we called and got hung up on. Then we called back numerous times and they told us to go back through drive thru. Another 35 MINUTE WAIT through drive thru and they got our order wrong A SECOND TIME. The attitudes were terrible. The food was wrong twice. They won’t refund our money. Waste of money and major waste of time. Go somewhere else many other nicer places to eat in Timberlake. This is not one of them!!!!

Very good got both Long John's and KFC. Prices where high just for a 8 piece of chicken and a 8 piece fish. It was over $32.

I ordered my food on wards rd at 100. Ordered the Family Feast all fish after driving home imagine my disappointment after getting home and realizing the order was wrong. I called back and was told the order on the ticket said 5 fish and 3 chicken. I replied I don't know how, but either way my order has 3 fish and 5 chicken. I was told bring back food and they would fix it. That's fine, except for the fact I don't live in Lynchburg. Incompetent manager who didn't give me his name or take mine needs more training or another job. This incompetent manager used vulgar language who the f**!..before even hanging up the phone. I will never visit this place after that experience again. I'm literally laughing because at the moment I was actually entertaining bringing the food back after a week as the "manager" suggested.

The food was hot. The fries have a slight fish taste and since it's kfc it shouldn't be cooked in same grease.

Ordered fish and more which I was really looking forward to. At the window I asked for vinegar. The girl said she had already put it in the bag . I said vinegar and she said you can't eat fish without vinegar. Imagine my surprise when I went to open the vinegar and it was tarter sauce. All 6 packets. Took alot away from my dinner.
We ordered a sweet tea, and they gave us a Pepsi after I ordered sweet tea a few times, we realized it only after we had made it several miles down the road. Usually the service is pretty good, but it's disappointing when they don't give you the right drink.

Our order was suppose to be for 2 (two orders of 4 pieces of fish only and 1 sweet tea and another unsweet tea with 4 s weetners....when we got to window was given our order with the teas (2) and when we ask if sweeteners were in bag was told that they had run out of sweeteners and a truck did not come in until Monday....ask if we could return unsweet tea and get another sweet tea....yes....they took unsweet tea back and gave us another tea....when we got home...discovered that we had 1 sweet tea and were given back the unsweet tea instead of sweet tea....and when we reviewed our ticket was charged for 3 teas....was not a very pleasant experience at all....
