The food is delicious. The only downsides are the employee who took my order seemed very disinterested, and i could barely hear her when she asked me questions and she seemded rushed to get me out of there, not quick and efficient but rushed. She made me feel like a burden for being there. And i was served the wrong drink. A self serve drink fountain would be an improvement. Overall a fine experience but...Parking: Busy parking lot with limited space

My kids beg to eat here almost every time we go to Lynchburg. I can't rightly them. The food is warm, well prepared, and the customer service has always been spot on. It's a peaceful place to dine.

Ordering on line for first time so easy but I forgot to hit curbside delivery but won’t forget next time the potato soup and broccoli cheese was great spilt pecan cheese cake with hubby had to fight him over bigger piece I won he is diabetic but all the meals can adjust for him but once in awhile a little treat and since Alpha Gal I told them they worked with me about no beef products touching my food chicken or turkey or fish and I didn’t have any reactions either thank you pain to go ER if reaction but seriously the food is delicious and service great and the place looked so clean I’m so glad just left when the university students huge line came in not anything other was in hurry to get home so hubby could eat but see everybody loves it there will be frequent flier ?Vegetarian options: The salads are able to be ordered as to what you can’t have as beef is severe allergic reactions so I got chicken fried cut up with pickles and other pecans blue cheese and of course lettuce with carrots onions slices and no tomatoes with green peppers it was awesome and he got huge French dip delicious but I couldn’t try but he said it was and he is very very picky about food if lettuce not crisp won’t eat it same as tomatoes fresh and slightly firm but not overly softDietary restrictions: I have Alpha Gal so can’t not Touch or eat or have any Beef products such as beef stock in soup and the ingredients are clearly printed along with the sugars and carbs for my diabetic husband . You can also request the way your food is cooked I asked for manager first time I ordered and explain how severely important it was so I didn’t have reaction and need EPI PEN and Ambulance called to rush me to hospital.Parking: Only reason is it’s ALWAYS full and not a huge parking space but I see the buses park across the alley in shopping center parking but for handicap there are around 4/5 spots right by door so works for meWheelchair accessibility: Bathroom is wide enough for wheelchair or scooter to get it and coming into restaurant is wide doors and tables have large isles to use wheelchair so I really think this is one of the most disability friendly restaurants I have been in and I really appreciate that as husband uses a scooter or wheelchair as needed and I use cane or walker the booths work great for us

Never order curbside unless what you really want is takeout. They don't come to your car half the time and leave you there until you come inside lol. Food is usually pretty good though I like their salads and the chicken salad they make on a croissant. very good. chili is also

Quick dinner while in town for a track meet at Liberty University. The southwest chicken and avocado salad was pretty tasty! And be warned: it's huge! Ask for an extra dressing.

I personally don't like a lot on the menu but the McAlister's Club is quite good. I've gotten it twice and both times it was amazing! Prices are reasonable if you order wisely.

My first time here and the customer service was very poor, the woman who took my order was very rude. The food was good though.

I really enjoyed my meal here. The service was good, it was clean, and the food was delicious & fresh. The menu has a lot of good options, and I love the choose 2. I got the garden fresh turkey sandwich and the pecanberry salad & loved both. It was my first time trying McAlister's and I'll definitely go back.
