33 minutes in drive though, doors locked, 8:30 pm, I counted 10 employees, dinning room and bathrooms closed, after I had to walk to drive up window because they forgot to give our food because we asked for remake after they gave it to someone else and it was returned. Then mocked by employees while leaving. Never Again ps order was wrong and no reciept.

This McDonalds is HANDS DOWN one of the worst fast food restaurants i have EVER been to.I don’t think you can call this “fast food” if there’s 40+ min wait times for a something as simple as two mcdoubles.I consistently wait in the drive thru for 10+ minutes with no one answering- only to be told to pull up to the parking spot ahead for another 15+ mins.i am currently writing this review as i hit the 34 minuets mark for my food, they “lost my order”don’t go here, what an embarrassment

I decided to go try the shamrock shake for the year as well as grab some dinner, but I do not recommend it. The service was really slow, there was way too much shamrock syrup in my shake, which made it undrinkable. The burger made me nauseous toward the end. The fries were okay. I gave two stars because the employees seemed nice other than the fact that they were really swamped. I recommend another location in Lynchburg or to maybe just make a copycat version of what you're craving.
