I enjoyed my first order from here yesterday - the jerk ‘chicken’ with collards and tots plus chocolate cake. So good and flavorful! This place is a gem with a very kind owner. Definitely a take-out kind of place. I look forward to many more future meals from here when downtown.

My fiancé and I stopped at Mother Natures Soul Food Restaurant on our way through Lynchburg today. We were very impressed by not only the service and atmosphere… but by how amazing the food was! We are not technically vegan but do occasionally enjoy the food from time to time. We both highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area. We will definitely be returning!!

One of THE BEST and most refreshing meals I've had in a long time! For $18 you get 1entree, 2sides & a cake! I got jerk chk egg rolls, plantains, rice and peas.. everything was so fresh and it taste just like chk! If I could afford to eat this everyday, I would! lol worth every penny. Ps. If they are offering oxtail egg rolls, get them! I've been coming back ever since I tried them.

What a surprise to find a vegan soul food restaurant in the heart of historic Lynchburg! I've never had meat oxtails before, but the vegan version was tender and delightful, accompanied by rice & peas along with well seasoned greens and mac and 'cheese'. The plates are definitely sharing size but if you have a lighter appetite, don't worry; you'll find a lot of options for every palate, all served with comfort, compassion & flavor!Vegetarian options: 100% vegan!Dietary restrictions: Options for anyone with dairy allergies.Kid-friendliness: Familiar options kids love, with plant-based sustainability added.

Food was absolutely amazing to the point where we totally forgot to take pictures. Portions were great size and flavors made food addictive in the very best of ways.
