Food was not very good for how much it cost. Chicken was not tender and breading very minimal for the chicken and waffle. Waffle was average. Do not listen if they tell you to add gravy and eggs to your order or clarify how much it costs cause it’s a lot.

My Dog Duke’s is definitely in my top two favorite places to eat, especially their breakfast! Their sausage gravy tastes made-from-scratch. Same for the grits. Their biscuits are baked, sliced, and then grilled adding an extra dose of deliciousness. The Belgium waffle with berries and homemade whipped cream is also a must. I definitely recommend sharing that with at least one other person though. It’s huge. The food here is top tier in quality & taste. Portion sizes are good too.

Me and my mom live in downtown and we have been to this place many times, I thought it was finally time to write a review. The food is absolutely delicious. I have gotten almost every sandwich and all different types of drinks but the Free bird has to be the best. You have to get it with the pickles tho ?. I also got the saint Patrick’s day drink and that was sooooo delicious. The service is great they are all super friendly.Parking: They have a free parking lot but if it’s full just park on the street

We went here for brunch on Saturday...and came back again on Sunday! Can highly recommend the breakfast tacos, The Blue Ridge, Belgian waffles- and boy, oh boy, those home fries! Mimosas and coffee drinks are also fantastic compliments to the food. So reasonably priced and perfect portion sizes. The worst part was not being able to try more of the entrees. Can't wait to come back again.

I go there every Saturday with my two puppies for breakfast and I almost cried eating the eggs Benedict. It was that good. They also love seeing my puppies and all the waiters and waitresses are fantastic. Every time they have given me free food for the puppies.Forwarning though, they are very popular so they are always packed. They tell you long wait times like 30 to 40 minutes but I've never actually had to wait that long. Maybe it's the puppies haha. Outside they have heaters btw so nice for chilly weather.

So I'm staying in downtown Lynchburg VA and it's early Sunday morning. The Mrs. and I are hungry and ready for a good breakfast. A fast Google search and I land on My Dog Duke's Diner. A quick walk from my hotel and we are there ready to chow down. This place is great...early morning hours every day, a diverse menu with a clean, friendly environment. My traditional breakfast came with fresh eggs, crispy bacon, home fires and toast. All were first rate with service to match. Can't wait to get back for another pass.

While the place was crowded, and there was about an hour wait, this did not detract from the amazing food, service, and location of this restaurant! Everyone in our group was pleased with their meal, and I personally had the eggs Benedict which was incredible! The staff let us know about the wait time, and we were able to walk around the town in our spare time. Overall a great experience!
Great customer experience, excellent wait staff, cooking team worked well getting delicious breakfast dishes out timely during a busy period of service. Propose, when capital needs develop, your leadership must expand the dining space to accommodate. Location is great for capturing traffic. I will refer my associates and family.
