Love this place! Such a convenient location and the food is so tasty and great portions for the price. I always get Veggie Yakisoba and it's always delicious! The Fried Rice is also amazing, as is the Veggie Spring Rolls. We also recently tried the Crabmeat Cheese Wantons which were incredible!Protip: If you order takeout from them directly online (as opposed to on Doordash), you can get a free item (such as the spring rolls) if you spend a certain amount!I've also picked up doordash orders from here before, and I appreciate that they have a good process for confirming order pickups so customers' orders don't get stolen.

The sushi was not fresh and the hibachi steak and shrimp sent me straight to the restroom after two bites I couldn't even finish my dinner $40 went straight in the garbage can.

Shrimp egg rolls 10/10 . Hibachi chicken was okay. Shrimp was good. Order on Grubhub because it had good reviews.

Food is fabulous, about $13 per person plate and drink. Minus one only for no diet drinks and dining room lack of ambiance. Good job Osaka!!

Hole-in-the wall restaurant with delicious teriyaki chicken and yum yum. Can't recommend enough.

Late night snack. Very good. My first time trying this restaurant since it has been open. Ginger was excellent and the wasabi gave what is was supposed to give. I had the crispy salmon roll, melanie roll, and Green Bay roll, all excellent. Best meal of the day. Thank you.

I remember this building when it was Pizza Hut. Osaka's has been a great place to catch up with old friends or enjoy the solitude customary with oriental meditation practices. It's great Express Japanese style cuisine makes it a cultural beacon on Fort Avenue. The store hours have been fluctuating and I never know what day or time they're open, but when I do stop by it's one of the best meals you can find for miles.

Always looking for a good Asian restaurant, and Osaka delivers! Great food, always done well. A great option for take out!

Not the best Japanese food in town, but it will do the trick. I typically get the steak hibatchi and will occasionally get a spicy tuna roll or some cream Cheese wontons.

I desperately want to give this place a good review however the man working the to-go window is the rudest man ever! Sadly, It's not the first time I got his horrible service. It happens everytime. SO, Whenever he is working, I just go to another place. The food is GREAT (chefs are amazing & the only reason for 2 stars)... I live in the neighborhood & have been a loyal customer before he started working here. Pls pls pls find a replacement. He is ruining my experience! (I'll add a picture & name next time)

A Lynchburg staple, best Japanese hibachi in town. Period. Cheap and good. What else do you want?!

This place is the bomb! Always a great place to get cheap great tasting Japanese food. A college student favorite, I recommend just going with the teriyaki chicken, you can’t go wrong with it!

I've been eating at this restaurant for over 10 years now. This is the SPOT for hibachi in Lynchburg. You can get a full meal for around $10 and food will keep you coming back. Hibachi Chicken is my go-to!

Used to love the place bc it was quick and delicious. Tonight we placed a takeout order for chicken teriyaki, chicken yakisoba, three CA rolls, side of rice, and onion soup. Not a big deal right? We were told 15 mins. 45 mins later we are still sitting here and told it was taking a long time bc "you have a big order". I have watched groups of 6+ and takeout orders of 2+ bags, for people who came in LONG AFTER we did, go out of the kitchen. This will probably be the last time we come.
