The Pick 2 with Broccoli Cheddar Soup & Half Deli Ham Sandwich was delicious. My only small complaint is I had to request a drink cup for the second time in a row. My order was ready quickly.

Y’all are stingy asl wit the tuna and chicken whenever I get sandwiches ?. Like why is the sandwich 12 dollars and I get lil baby portions. Wayne is very cool though and he said he liked my hair. He’s also very nice in general and patient so y’all should give him a raise‼️(there was also raw chicken in my grandma’s sandwich so like ?) (( AND Y’ALL ARE ALWAYS OUT OF THE GOOD BREAD LIKE.))

They need to get their act together at the counter. A bunch of people shuffling around totally oblivious to things. Often have to ask twice for my order as it's like they don't even get the ticket even when it's on the screen.

so if you choose “rapid pickup, ready 5-10 minutes after you order” you actually have to wait 35 minutes. this place is the worst, the food is fine but everyone has an attitude and do not care about customers.
I love their fresh sandwiches, the bread and onion soup. quick in and out and they have a drive-through.

I just waited 17 minutes for food in the drive through and it was dismissed as “normal” during morning hours for this to happen. There was only 1 car in front of me. My large iced tea leaked after I left. The gal who took my order was kind, the lady who answered the phone (I called from drive thru to see what was going on) was not. I never write reviews, but this was warranted. Try a different Panera, or none at all. I will not return.

Mt husband asked if there was onion in a certain salad. No Correct but the dressing is chucked full and hidden. He was sick from it. After looking at the ingrediants of said salad online (looking for why he was sick he also notices that several items were missing. Boring tooking salad to say the least. My green goddess salad was wonderful.

AWFUL! workers there obviously HATE their jobs. food is mediocre at best - when you actually receive it. workers are surly to customers. never a smile. never a thank you. only once was my order correct in 4 attempts. twice I had to cancel because they texted that order was ready. it was NOT. one time I left after 20 minutes, the second time I left after only 7 minutes - absolutely NOT worth the wait.
