Messed up my order on a delivery and wanted to require me to drive to the store and show them their mistake before making me a new pizza. Also refused to refund delivery cost despite the fact I was now having to drive up to the store (on Valentine’s Day) to get a fix which was essentially going to take an hour. Lesson learned, next time order local.

On New Year’s Eve I ordered 2 pizzas and a brownie and my husband came home after waiting over 2 hours with a brownie and garlic knots(no pizza). They apparently were just giving out random orders and ran out of pizza dough and it was an absolute mess. I can’t get ahold of anyone there and am out the money. Will never ever order from here again.

Never got my order papa johns sent my order to door dash ! Never received it ! Both parties are not responsible for my order !! Papa John is closing ! So I have to order somewhere else 1:15 mins later !
I ordered a pizza online they said it was delivered but I never got anything I called up there to see what happen they told me they delivered the order to some woman with white hair.. My hair is black I told the manger just don't even worry about it just refund my money she then hung up the phone on me... So I called back to ask her why she hung up she told me we were done talking but she never even told me if I was getting my refund back or when I was getting it.. she got extremely rude, I got my friend to ask her what was her name so I can tell cooperate she precedes to say her name was El and we are not deserving of her last name! We already called cooperate and I hope to get them both the supervisor and manger I spoke to fired because both of them was there. I'm so furious about this because I love papa johns and never had a problem until this day at this location they have has lost a costumer! I really hope no one else has to go thru this horrible experience, Hogets fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!):

Never received my order! I called ahead to cancel because the wait time said 65 minutes for an order of cheese sticks and they told me it was only because the managers were in a meeting but they had just finished up and would be updating the timing. They convinced me to keep the order with them, so I didn’t order anywhere else. I waited for 70 minutes for my food. The tracker had said delivered at 65 minutes and I never even received my food. I requested a refund and they did not give it to me. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

The more you tip the better the food! Inflation is a female dog and these humans are underpaid. It also depends on the day and who is working whether or not you will get good foods and services. They have to outsource their delivery drivers to Doordash because the shortage of drivers. Give them a break before you give them bad reviews. Remember that most people don’t have families with enough money to pay for good colleges and that’s why the food industry in America is not what it used to be back when the economy was booming. Plus schools don’t teach basic skills pertaining to work ethics.
