I ordered the Utimate Pepperoni and I wanted it on GARLIC stuffed crust over 30 dollars and I get DRY stuffed crust and regular Pepperoni, it was late and I needed dinner this is a real RIP OFF !!!!

Ordered a large bbq bacon pizza and when I opened the box it had no cheese. The crust was almost burnt and not cut. The cheese sticks had very little cheese, and not cut. This will be the last time I order from there. It would be different if this were the first time, but its not. It's worth it to drive alittle and have a quality product.Also edited to say: I did contact the store and all the phone did was ring. I submitted 2 customer complaints, and not only did they not contact me by email as requested, when I called the corporate # they lied and said they had and that they "submitted a refund". Mind you, I paid cash. Even the call center employee was baffled. BTW, all they will do is resubmit it to the same store, so don't waste your time with this location at all. Bad management, bad company as a whole. Never again.

Every time we order a pizza, it's half mushroom/half sausage and hamburger.They are always greedy with the mushrooms I don't get it. But tonight did me in. I will probably never order from this location again.I open the box and there is a total of 5 mushrooms on my half of the pizza. And they were all on 2 pieces. The rest was just cheese.Get it together, guys. It's not that hard

The food is great but customer service has always been bad here even when it was fully staffed. I recently went here and there was only one employee in the whole store. She did an amazing job but had no help. The delivery drivers were not there that day either. To make matters worse, the promo codes for the discounts did not work. Papa John's headquarters and the owner of this particular store need to get more staff here and also have better training for better customer service.

The last pizza ordered arrived nearly and hour after the order was placed. The notification kept pushing the delivery time later. No garlic butter and no pepper was inside the box. The pizza wasn't cut and neither were the cheese sticks. The order before that a week before was a misshaped oblong pizza that was burnt. The crust was burnt and disgusting. This store needs to be closed and the management fired. Absolutely zero customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Their phone system is a joke. It just continues to ring and plays the same ad in your ear over and over. No manager, no customer service at all. Delivery times on a weekend are a joke. Waited over 1 1/2 hours. The location is severely understaffed. I feel bad for the employees.

Today was my last time using this business. This store is not managed at all. The pizzas are poorly made and can not even be properly remade. You can not get anyone to help you as far as any management. And this level of operation is consistent and has just gotten worse. This is not from one bad experience but a plethora of them at this establishment.Don’t waste your time or your money. If you want Papa John’s you need to go out of your way to save yourself money and headache.
They charged me 52 dollars in advance for a basic pizza which is completely ridiculous. Then they did not provide the pizza even after over an hour. And they still won't give me anything for the money that I paid. They won't answer the phone. They stole my money. This is a scam! This is the worst pizza place ever! Do not ever go here! They scammed me and stole my money! Do not go here or they might scam you too!

Ordered our pizza around 445 pm. Went and waited for it to be ready. 630 rolls around and the pizza was not even in the oven. Cancelled our order, drove to dominoes and our pizza was ready shortly after arrival (less than 20 mins).Although they were short staffed, there was 0 communication and over 1.5 hours with not even starting the pizza is ridiculous.Never coming back.

The young lady acted like she was confused when I was placing my order. And then on top of that, my pizza looked like a kindergartner made it.. there wasn’t enough cheese and it was too much sauce. I coulda just went to little Caesar’s if I knew this was coming.
