When Diana ran this store it was outstanding. Hot and fresh and the employees were more like smiling family. They'll cut your throat now if you catch them robbing you. BE CAREFUL if you order online. They pull a bait and switch at the last minute. Over charged by $10 and they laugh and say... "whoops you ordered wrong" as they giggle. No. No I did not. This is not my first online order. My family will stick to authentic Italian food with a friendly atmosphere from here on out. Take Heed, Hut... you need customers we do not need you.

Ordered two hours before picked - arrived 5 minutes before pick time to a blank stare from the counter help saying pizza was not made yet and not sure why. Same thing happened the first time we used this place. No wonder why they are going to carry outs only. There won’t be a next time - taking business elsewhere. This is the way Pizza Inn service started before they went out of business.

Bedford store was great with Good fast hot food.That store was 5 stars plus.The Waterlick express (not even 1/2 stars,) they added here in its place is a joke ,pizza no where as good as the Former Bedford location . Sneaky move pizza hut trying to boost one locations rating with another stores actual rating.

Pizza ND boneless "wings" were hot-n-ready when o picked them up. Both tastes great, and we're not too greasy, even though we had pepperoni on pizza. My wife was surprised by how good the wings were, being boneless and all. I did not doubt. We may have gotten the same order twice this week.? Please do not tell the health police. The Hut has always been my fave, except now...when I make our pizza. Just do not have the time most of the times. Plus, we used an online special when we ordered through the website.
