I had a disappointing experience at Red Lobster recently, especially considering it was my daughter's birthday. We waited for 45 minutes with my two small children and no food in sight. Despite the long wait and it being a special occasion, we didn't receive any refills and the food we eventually got wasn't great. The service was inattentive, which only added to the frustration. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating dining experience on a day that should have been special.

The lunch special that day was crab legs which we love!!!! $20.00 for a pound was a great price! Service could have been a little better, but enjoyable!!!

Food was over priced, very mundane. I really felt out of place. The cake was good. The stuffed mushroom tops were good and as always the biscuits were cheddar bay the only reason I still go when I can afford it. Not really a place to take a child. More so for a evening on the town or a dinner date with that special someone.

8 March 2024 at 9 PM, Lynchburg, VA. My sons and I arrived one hour before close and were greeted and seated. Then we waited about 12-15 minutes and no one came to our table. Servers would walk by and look at our direction, noticing we weren't being taken care of. My assumption is they weren't our server, but any them could have at least acknowledged us, confirmed we weren't being served, and alert our server. From my perspective, they acted as "not my problem," so not taking action. Simple action to ask if we need help, and get our sever, but did not act on it. No one came our table or acknowledged us, my sons and I walked out. Terrible customer service. I never leave reviews, so it was this important to me to let management and potential customers know.

Always a good experience. Other than food particles on the seat and on the floor, it was nice. Just need to wipe the seats out also after customers and run the little floor sweeper a little more often.

The all you can eat shrimp, specifically the coconut shrimp and skewered shrimp,along with the shrimp Alfredo are always good...so is the clam chowder! The restaurant is always clean. They could use more servers,wait time for food was kind of long and our food came out lukewarm...

We love seafood. Outside of cooking at home there are not many options around Lynchburg. But you can always depend on Red Lobster to serve some of the best seafood variety outside of the beach. I wish they would start the catch of the day again. I always enjoyed that back in the day.

I ordered grilled trout, I was brought a piece of fish that was pale no flavor and it had a thick gray skin on one side plating was unappetizing . Needless to say I left hungry..don't get sucked in by the tv commercials.

We ate the Endless Shrimp two weekends in a row! We had wonderful service at the bar. The food was hot and delicious! The servers were attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. The drinks were cold and refreshing! Can't wait to return for a great seafood dinner! Thank you.
