Ayyyyye..... This here is the best place for chicken in Lynchburg, period .. Let alone the surrounding counties and or areas ... Hands down. I have ordered twice since my first visit. That's within three weeks. Food is way above board, and cleanliness is NOT an issue here!

Got my groups order wrong. We waited 20+ minutes and it was never corrected. We did get a refund though. My 5 piece meal was missing a tender. The Texas toast sucked. Don't eat here, the service is abysmal. Raising Cane's is better.

Even though the food is good, the number of times that the staff misplaces your food is substantial. I’ve been to this restaurant many times and about half of the times I’m there I have to ask a waiter to check if my food is sitting in the kitchen because of the excessive length of time that I’ve been waiting for the food. I’ve gotten sick of it so I decided to write a poor review.

Our son recommended this place so we wanted to try it. Just to place an order, it took us a bit to get familiar with the menu navigation of the kiosk. The food was good, not bad for fast food. There was only one person delivering the orders and he seemed a little overwhelmed. The place was not very tidy but it was good enough to eat there.

Nice place to eat while visiting campus. We wanted something quick. You order at a kiosk, grab your number and wait for the server to bring your food. Better than average for fast food chicken.
Don’t really care for the touch screen kiosk to order at but i see what they’re trying to do. Chicken is great but it’s so busy it takes time to get your food.

Went here to grab some food about a week ago. Didn't have to wait too long for our food. When our food was brought out, the server brought out some extra fries that were accidentally made, which was a very kind gesture. Definitely will go here again!

Pretty good when they have everything and it's not too busy. However can be very unreliable, sometimes food takes way too long to come.
