This was my first time at this Starbucks. I normally go to the one on Timberlake and get the same thing every time. Never had a problem until today. I get a tall Mocha Cookie Crumble frap, CRÈME base, and I specifically state each time NO CAFFEINE. I’m allergic to caffeine. Just 1 sip makes me very sick. I ordered my drink at 221 Starbucks, and took a big sip after leaving and quickly tasted the coffee in it. I went back and told them what happened and caught nothing but attitude, the barista stated to me, “the crème base has caffeine in it too but whatever” and that’s fine if it does but it obviously isn’t enough to mess me up and I’ve had no issues until today. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks. Thanks for making me sick today on my only day off after working 6 days.

Starting the day with an enthusiastic "Good morning" and a smile can make a huge difference. It can brighten up someone's day and make them feel appreciated. “Shae” did just that for me this morning in the drive-thru, and it made my experience great. The little sticker was a plus, and it reminded me that today is my day!

Worst Starbucks in the Lynchburg area. Takes forever to get drinks. Today I went inside to order. Waited 30 mins and still my order was not done. I ended up leaving. Go to another Starbucks to get coffee if you can.

I've never had an issue with starbucks but I'm giving this one four stars because of their horrible parking lot. It's terribly small for the amount of traffic and their drive through is very confusing.

How the mighty have fallen. I worked for Starbucks for 4 years, and was a customer for much longer than that and was disheartened at how badly the staff is trained at this location. I went to this store to pick up a mobile order on 12/20, I was the only person in line in store. Stood there for 5 minutes trying to be polite and patient while the staff fulfilled drive-through orders. Not one staff member made eye contact, said hello, or made any gesture that acknowledged my existence in that time. I worked at Starbucks, I understand dealing with a drive-through rush, but at least take 3 seconds to be polite and courteous and let the customer know you will be with them in just a moment. When I was finally served to pick up my order the staff member was rude with an attitude despite my being very polite and patient. After all this I later got to my destination and my order was wrong. I would never give money to this location again. Please train your staff better so they do not sully the Starbucks brand.

Carrie, Lydia, and Isabel always make my day at 6am before my 12hr shift as a nurse. They start my day everyday with a positive and warm interaction and before I’d cut out caffeine they all always knew my order and made me feel so special! If review driven raises are a thing they all deserve one!

Always get sane thingsWish people /customers recycled what is recyclable. Maybe put up signage , samples , bonuses or something … Starbucks as a whole needs to do more with recycling, reducing waste , other ways to reduce carbon footprint and be part of climate change solution

Love Starbucks first & foremost!however this morning i went inside for mobile pick up didn’t see my order as i stood waiting 3 workers walked past didn’t greet or ask if i needed help an older lady walked up and she was instantly greeted and asked if she’s been helped meanwhile I’m still standing there obviously invisible 3 people greeted and asked the other customer whom was a white lady if she’d been helped but me black didn’t not one person speak or try to assist i waved my hand and the girls looked at me and kept working i found my drink in the bunch of mobile orders but not my sandwich so still standing there and still no one helped ? thanks Starbucks i was having a great day now my mind is in a 100 different places i wanted to make myself noticeable but i chose to save myself the trouble I’ll just never come back to this store & to the tall red hair girl May God Bless You!!!! You looked me in my face looked around me and helped the other customer looked at me again and walked off To the other customer thank you for being a great person and seeing me even though not one worker did and wishing me to still have a great day it’s crazy when the customer notices the unfair treatment but not the staff

Worst customer service I've ever seen. If you are there to pick up a doordash, they will not help you. I usually have to stand there forever before someone will acknowledge me. The workers are very rude. I hope I never have to go back. Terrible customer service!
