This was my first time trying Zara Stonefire Pizza, it was amazing the crust was cooked to perfection just the right amount of sauce and that seasoning was great. I shared a pizza with my best. Friend we really enjoyed it. Will be visiting again

Service is 1 atar b/c I can’t give a 0. The food is ok but the customer service is horrible! Two employees(1 was possibly a supervisor, the other a worker) both looked at me and did not acknowledge me. I ordered my pizza & when I went to the register, i said I wanted to make it a combo. The ‘supervisor’ rudely told me that I should have told the person making my pizza that. I said well I didn’t see anything stating that which is why I did it this way-maybe train the employee to ask in a friendly manner, ‘would you like to make this a combo’. Probably won’t be going back.

To call this food is insulting. I have never had a staff care so little about their customers. When I walked up to the counter, it took the employee behind the counter an extended period of time to even realize my interest in eating their food. The lady running the Register (tenesha) giggled and said "I didn't even know you were there" I ordered the veggie pizza, and honestly the vegetables were the only redeeming quality about the entire place. Sad that the best thing they had is grown out of the ground and not hand made. The pizza lacked sauce, and it was BURNT. My fingers were black from the char that was left from the lack of attention given to the pizzas that were cooking. Instead of checking on the pizzas regularly, tenesha was more focused on her phone and anything else instead of her own job. You are better off buying a frozen $5 pizza at Walmart than buy this overcooked, under sauced, sad $9 pizza. Working at the mall, I was happy to be able to have pizza as a change...once again Chick-fil-A has to be the savior. Do better ZaZa, your food is pathetic.
