Came in lady told me I should go to another subway because she is starting a catering order so I guess they don’t take walk-ins when they have catering. I left very poor business practice.

I'm pretty sure the person who made my sandwich didn't even work there. I was shorted on main ingredients, and i had to ask the person 5 times to put more lettuce because they were being more conservative with it than Mitch McConnell.

My coworkers and I sent in a massive order and in the shuffle I got a 6” instead of a footlong. All I had to do was make a phone call and the lady who had made the mistake immediately offered to make me a new sandwich. She was very sweet and helpful and it was overall just a great experience despite the mistake.

Worse subway in Lynchburg on old forest rd . Guy making sandwich and picks up his phone with same gloves and answer his phone to his ear . I will be speaking to corporate very unsanitary, the guy does not care about his customer service very poor

The lone lady behind the counter when I picked up the order was both fast, and courteous. The sandwiches were made perfectly to order with generous portions of items on both sandwiches. The location is inside of a Walmart, so "atmosphere" leaves a little to be desired, but overall, I'd say this is a good location to pick up a quick sandwich.

Worker behind counter looked 12 years old and the the 2nd person a women, brought her 6 year daughter to work. The daughter was in back the counter unsupervised walking around.
Not good at all the sub maker was on something I had to tell her 10 times not to toast my sub but she did any ways bread was old they had no drinks sub bar was

I order a salad online from this place every week, and every week it does not have all the items in it. This week it was missing the cucumbers, cheese, and croutons. When I picked it up last week 40 minutes after I placed order, it had not even been made when I arrived. The lady who works Tuesdays is incredibly rude too! I realize every place is having trouble hiring good people nowadays. I also realize people make mistakes, but for this to happen every single time is unacceptable. I've had it with this Subway and will not return.
