The cocktails were amazing. The food was great and the service impeccable. Definitely a must try in the DMV.

Take my advice and save the money.... we got the crab dip and the chips were half fried and essentially just tortillas & it was imitation "Krab". The salmon was clearly frozen and probably 3 ounces. Got a side of broccoli and it came with 2 small broccoli florets. Priced like quality fresh seafood but it's all frozen bad seafood. Really nothing was good and the good reviews are confusing because we came at dinner time and not one dish on anyones table looked like the photos on here.

Fresher fish cannot be found in Lynchburg! Fish and chips as well as daily catch are wonderful. Friendly staff and casual vibe make this destination an always pleasant night out!

Loved The Dahlia!! Talk about the definition of a home town favorite! Sat at the bar and was talking to everyone around me in the first 5 minutes!! Crab soup was to die for and the scallops appetizer was cooked to perfection. Will be my go to place whenever I am in Lynchburg.

We live an hour away, yet we still find reasons to visit this treasure. Shrimp and cheese grits usually calls to me. Beer-batter shrimp or chicken are great. My wife really likes the Saturday brunch menu.

Wonderful! We were in Lynchburg for Division III baseball. We had no idea where to eat. I picked this restaurant from many others. It was so delicious that we came back the next night for dinner also. The staff was excellent. The fish, so fresh and prepared perfectly. We loved the fried oysters, bread pudding, creamed spinach, the red snapper, the halibut and everything! Thank you for 2 delightful evenings. I wish we lived closer we would be there every week.

My daughter and I are in from out of town. This is the kind of place that everybody wants in their own hometown. Personable service, excellent food, great craft beer selection. Wish I could import this back to Texas.

Best service I've experienced in Lynchburg the staff were very attentive to our needs, brought the food out asap and were always checking in on our drinks. Their deserts are 5 dollars and worth every penny. Had a great time.

Great Brunch and what also makes it special you get a complimentary mimosa or Bloody Mary.( the bloody Mary's are outstanding!) We love how consistent they are, we never have wonder if the food is going to be on point or off kilter. The specials are unique may sound quirky but never a let down. The EGG SURRY for brunch is one of our favorite dishes. Homemade salad dressings are always a delight! Service is personable and real, very attentive but not overly so. So nice having peace of mind when you look forward to dining at The Dhalia and you never leave dissatisfied. For dinner the scallop appetizer leaves you wanting more. Special instructions are always honored and come out just the way you asked. Waiting for them to open is the hardest part when you want to dive into their menu and your mouth is watering before the doors even open. DELICIOUS!!!

Unfortunately, the night we dined here, the entire basement was flooded and they had to move us around as we were standing and over an inch of water. There is nothing that the restaurant do about this and it had very little to do with my poor rating. Out of the four dishes we ordered, 1 was decent, 2 were below average, and really, the last, the almond crusted flounder, was inedible. We just left it on the table. At this price point, I expect a lot more. We will not be returning.

Went for dinner with my husband and daughter. This was by far the BEST dinner in Lynchburg we have had yet. We went to a comedy show Friday night and a man we met recommended this place to us . Can't wait to go back! My husband had steak - so good! I had the tacos and I could not finish my plate. Friendly staff and excellent t service!
