Went to drive thru at 930 pm, out of sprite and hi c..asked what they had and reply was coke products, got to window to pick up food and out of bbq sauce, no napkins or receipt put in bag, said thank you twice to worker and got no reply

Food wasn’t anything to brag about got the new nacho chicken sandwich it was a big mess very sloppy I just took the chicken patty out and ate that.. bread was too spicy for my liking and way too soggy after all the nacho cheese. Service was great it was clean in there too

My order was simple, large chili, baked potato with chives. The food was well packaged, hot and had an appropriate amount of butter, sour cream, hot spice packs, and crackers! Well done, team! And the napkins and utensils were not forgotten!

Very slow moving for a "fast" food restaurant. Staff all looked disorganized and confused. Every customer seemed to be waiting on their food for a while, meanwhile, staff in the back are loud and seem to be goofing around. Awful customer service; no communication. Will not be returning here

I placed a mobile order and when I got to the drive thru the worker was extremely rude. I sat in the line for 10 minutes waiting to be helped after she yelled at me to give her a minute! I eventually was tired of waiting so I went inside and as soon as I pulled off she helped the car behind me with no hesitation.
