Since I have to leave a star I’ll give it a 1 but if I could I would give a 0 rating. Food was not what we order and also was cold. The service was just not acceptable. I don’t know if I would return. This used to be the best location. I don’t know what happen.

Always top notch.. Manager is a bit quirky, and needs to be moved on to a different location, but rest of staff and food is excellent. She was polite to me, and got me my order, but was like ordering from an AI or a Robot... no emotion at all, no recommendations, and coupons did not work as they were supposed to....

This is, in my opinion, the best Wendy's location in the area. Always helpful, friendly, fast service, and clean. Most importantly, food is made to recipe and per request without issue. Other locations struggle to get anywhere close.
This super clean and modernized Wendys is a pleasure to visit. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is cooked well and pleasantly presented. In comparison to other Wendy locations, this one is tops.

Was late almost time for them to close. I wanted a baked potato and chili and a frosty. Lady said they could cook me one if I didn't mind waiting. She was amazing at her job! All the other times I've been there the workers act like it's going to kill them to have to just take my order much less fix it. Kids will learn the hard way, need to appreciate the job they have. Good food, bad attitudes. Except two young lady's I have encountered lately.

Waited 15 minutes for them to take an order while they were trying get the drive thru orders correct. People kept coming in because their orders were wrong. We left. Poorly run and dirty.
