OMG the hot honey dry rub wings were SO good. They were crispy and perfect. Nae was so nice. I didn’t even like wing stop before but these wings were so good I had to write a review. Now, I will continue to come to wing stop. The hot honey run is amazing with the ranch.

This was my first visit. I thought the prices were a bit high, the "famous" fries were limp and not appealing. The chicken was good but not a "wow" factor. The customer service was excellent and the dining room was clean and neat.

I couldn’t work or eat there . The people are rude and has very nasty attitudes . 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The manger there DOESN’T do her job NOR does she stay on top of things that needs to be TAKEN care of and they also gave me PARTIALLY RAW WINGS AND REFUSED TO FIX THEM !

My first time trying Wing Stop and it was AMAZING. The only things I didn't like is that the restaurant was completely empty on a late afternoon and there were only two works. One in kitchen and one at front of house. Either way, I did LOVE me food and the 2 workers were very polite.

We really enjoyed all of the flavors of the boneless wings and absolutely love that fried corn. The guy at the front is always pleasant and friendly as well as the female manager. The only thing I hope changes is the cleanliness of the dining area. Sometimes when we visit drinks are spilled on the drink counter, there is things on the floor, tables are sticky and the window where the sauce bowls are dirty.

We drove two hours to eat at Wing Stop! The food was delicious and the customer service was top tier. The restaurant was busy and what appeared to be the manager checked on every guests, making sure they got their food in a timely manner. Regardless of food, I would go again due to the customer service. Highly recommend!

I placed an $85 order and was quoted 15 to 20 minutes for it to be ready. When I arrived exactly 20 minutes later, the woman and guy working said “No way you were quoted 15 to 20, you’re going to have to wait at least 40 minutes, maybe an hour for all that,” and they said they couldn’t find my order. It took them nearly 10 minutes to locate my order. The lady walks over and says, “it’ll be ready in about an hour, so you can come back in an hour or we will just refund you.” When I expressed my displeasure, she said, “I’m just going to refund you because you’re tripping,” and she said they’re the most popular wing place in a 300 mile radius of Lynchburg, and they don’t need my business because they have plenty already.

Delicious wings, perfect crispy and not overly sauced. Season fries were bangin. Lady was nice, helpful and patience while I was figuring out what to order and how many wings I needed. No pictures this time, we engulf them pretty quickly.
