Excellent communication from start to finish when making the booking to the day of the event. The pizzas went down a treat with the guests and would highly recommend The Wood Fired Pizza Company!

Took the family here for homecoming. The two guys running the place had a massive attitude. One was was lethargically making a pepperoni pizza, even though there already was one out. The other didn't show up to serve customers until 5 minutes had passed. There were also only 3 burnt pizzas available. I'm not planning on going back or recommending this place. Obviously, the place was a little dirty because of the lack of work ethic the employees had.

We hired Joe's pizza van for our evening food for our wedding and it was amazing! My husband and I are quite picky with our pizza but this pizza is such good quality pizza! It tasted amazinggggg and even non-pizza lovers loved the pizza so much. It was incredibly tasty and we're so so glad we booked with yourselves. The service was incredible too, thank you so much!

We booked the Wood Fired Pizza co for our wedding reception as we wanted something with a relaxed feel that everyone would enjoy. We specifically chose the Wood Fired Pizza co as they cater for gluten free and vegan as well as other dietary requirements. Their service was impeccable and the pizza tasted incredible. They were efficient in set up and take down on the day and there was no long queues as guests were served very quickly. We would highly recommend to anyone considering and prices were very reasonable for the quality.

I order from here occasionally because they have non-alcoholic beer and gluten free pizza. I think it's probably a cool little joint, where you can hang out and have local beers and listen to good music, although parking might be limited (I have parking anxiety). They carry gluten-free pie, which is important to me. The arugula salad was especially good--sorry I don't have a picture but I ate it in a post-fasting frenzy. They have an appetizer called "The Bull Branch." That used to be a local bar and I have a lot of (also inappropriate) stories about frequenting there in my twenties but that's another type of website post. But I will add that I ordered that appetizer all the time and if it's anything like that one, I recommend it. I'm vying to eat every specialty pie there and try a couple other things.

Rivermont Pizza is the best pizza in the Lynchburg area. By area I mean southwest and Central VA. They have a great beer selection too. I actually do not like leaving this raving review because I totally disagree with their politics but their food and service is amazing. I actually stopped coming here for 6 months because of their petty politics but decided that I had to put my petty politics aside for damn good pizza.

Good beer selection, good wait staff. Pizza used to be very good, our last visit was terrible. I’ve had better frozen pizza.
