Everything to me is about customer service and quality. When you pay for drink, then there should be drink. Not after you pay for and when you go to get it, the lemonade is empty, the fountain drinks are all out of order. Then when you ask what are you suppose to do for drink after you have paid for it, the girls at the counter, tell you, "well, you can have water or buy a can drink other there." Really??? Will never go here again!!!

We have tried and tried to love this place. If you have 2 or three hours to spare order here and pick up. They are never on time and not just delayed but often you wait for an hour plus. We see disgruntled patrons here all the time. I think this was our last time. They should make a decision to have quality and service or please just close down. Not to mention filthy inside.

1st experience I enjoyed my chicken salad they were out of alot , due to COVID so it would have been better if I could have gotten the spinach feta wrap butMaybe next time..

They have become a joke . Don’t waste your time going there if you plan to order and leave . I’ve made 3 trips since October and each time I was told it was 30-45 minute wait and they weren’t taking any orders . Funny , there were 3 people in the restaurant . They must’ve had a Mediterranean Food Addiction or something and they waited 45 minutes . That’s BS . I would say I hope they wake up before it’s too late , but when you no longer care about your customers it’s apparent that You should join Applebees Old Forest rd in the “No longer in Business” group . ?????

For the last few times they keep getting my order wrong. I watched them re do my salad because they put onions on it but instead of putting more care into it they just threw it in a box with missing ingredients. This was an expensive disappointment. I would get more nutrients and value if I ate directly out of a box of lettuce.Went back probably a year later...closed because not enough staff.Went back a week later...the would not take my order unless I ordered online on the app. So I give up on this place. Too many terrible experiences.

This is the second time I've driven across town to eat here and there is a sign on the door saying you are closed due to covid or short staff. Could you update your Facebook or google hours to reflect this? Its highly aggravating to drive there and see a sign on the door saying closed.

It hurts my heart to leave this review for what used to be one of my go to places in town. Today I place it online order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told by employee that it was almost ready. I waited 15 minutes after the promised time to only leave empty handed. Customers who came after me but chose to dine in were receiving their food and I was still waiting. I’m so disappointed and hungry!! Wasted my time.

Worst service ever! Ordered Mediterranean Lentil soup and Turkey avocado combo for 2. Soup was luke warm. Asked for it to be reheated that it took 15 minutes. No apologies whatsoever and the soup they brought us was half of what we ordered!!! Love Zoe's food , but that staff is incomplete and needs customer service training!!!

Poor customer service, lady with short hair was unfriendly and robotic. The worst thing is I believe she was the manager. Food is good, but not worth it for the experience, I recommend you go elsewhere.

My friend and I dine in for lunch on a weekday and they were quite husy. I ordered their new menu, the Harissa BBQ chicken kabobs, with pita and falafel. The falafel was a bit dry and tasteless but other items were good. The outside patio is nice for dine in.

Totally disappointed! Poor management. You never know if it is open on a normal business day. I drive 40 minutes to get there just to be turned away since they are overwhelmed with online order or out of food. This happened more than twice ... and they are out of stuff all the time. One time it was the tzaziki sauce, the other time it was the corn. The food is not good there either. Overcooked rice and old stale peta chips. Went to Roanoke and ate the same dish and it was delicious as I am used to. This zoes kitchen in Lynchburg needs new management. Ordered online the other day and when I got there I waited and waited for the food even though I got there 20 minutes after ordering.

Terrible service. The lady taking the order could not possibly have been more confused over what was actually a fairly simple request. Even after ironing out the details, surprise, they got it wrong. I work 20 miles away from zoes, im not driving back out there. I have tried 3 times now to contact the store and get my money back and cant because they just let the phone ring endlessly. Extremely disappointed with this terrible service. Additionally...how does a mediterranean themed restaurant not have anything other than ranch dressing? A lot of good it did me anyway, she didnt give me the salad i asked for....

This is aways a great experience. I love the chicken and beef kabobs. The vegetables are great as well.

Used to love this place but now it sucks. We went to have dinner and the one girl messed up the order ( which is ok it happens ) but I’m not sure if it was the manger next to her or not but she said we never ordered it when she heard me order it and made us repay and wait even longer . Then they messed up our order again , and she was super rude

While I understand that due to the pandemic and unemployment issues it is harder to find enough help, but this experience made us question ever going back. We were waited on by someone who appeared to be a manager, who was very rude and cold to myself and my parents who had come from Cville to pick me up from the airport. I always am proud of the fact that people in Lynchburg are usually so friendly, but this rude young woman made me feel like I was back in the north east. In fact people in New York and New Jersey are friendlier than this woman. She seemed completely annoyed and irritated that we dared to even think for two seconds about what we wanted, or asked her any questions. I ordered 1 shrimp kebab instead of 2 thinking that would be enough, but they literally gave me three tiny pieces of shrimp on my salad. All three of us got salads, and after my mother said no onions they proceeded to give us piles of onions to the point that you could barely taste anything else in the salad. The soup was so full of pepper my father couldn't even eat it. Even if you can fix the food situation Zoe's, I honestly suggest you fix your managers attitude.
